Thank you so much to all of you wonderful humans that volunteered their brains for my final exams and thank you to my incredible new “coworkers” aka the incredible people that were in my class, the very FIRST class of coaches certified by @karaloewentheil at #TheNewSchoolOfFeministThought !

For the month of August I will be doing curiosity sessions where you can see how I could help you! These will be in the form of a 1:1 hour long Zoom meeting in which you will walk away with at least one new brain cell! : ) We will investigate the areas of your brain that you would like to focus on, and talk about ways you can enhance the things you love about yourself, change things you don’t, and achieve your wildest dreams.

Be N.I.C.E.R. to yourself they said….

If you would rather go a week without cheese than memorize what that means (Notice, Invite, Curious, Embrace, Return) than I feel you. Despite having seemingly hundreds of voices in my head yelling at me since I can remember, it wasn’t until I heard the words #UnfuckYourBrain that I started really believing there was self help out there I could take seriously. (the Irony of ME)
I was like now THIS is the kind of talk I can respect. And the genius who said that is the person who trained and certified me. And now I am down to like, 57 voices, and most of them are mine. : )

How you get thoughts/voices in your head that didn’t originate from you is one of the first points of discussion with my coaching clients. Next is deciding which ones you would like to keep. Subscribe to my free newsletter to learn more. Available in both digital or physical form. Link in Bio.

Welcome to #TheBrainStylist! Life is made up so design it how you want it. by @eryn.a.stutts

Life keeps passing through me, and it’s so goddamn beautiful and bananas…how is it passing for you? Are you wearing a mask today or all days? Want to try some other costumes on? Find something that fits? I find myself posting weird little flyers around the country wherever I am, singing to myself, talking to random folx and being glad I never stopped being the curious little cupcake that I am while always adding flavors, trying new things. It’s so delicious, this life. Don’t let anyone tell you that investing in your brain, your heart isn’t the most valuable thing you can do. It’s the only thing that will always go everywhere with you.

Lifelong friendships☑️ Unbreakable bonds☑️
Coaching changed our lives, and sharing those tools became our mission. When the @SocraticCoachingAcademy offered an in-person immersion in New Orleans, we had to be in that room. Because we believed meeting like-minded women and building a support system would carry us through this journey. We got so much more…including a Salem reunion.

🧙🏻I came to Socratic Coaching after years of teaching, mentoring, and helping people tackle complicated questions. I didn't expect to find this group of smart, funny women building something new alongside me. From New Orleans to a slightly witchier reunion in Salem, we've supported and cheered each other on while building very different businesses. Now I help women get clear on what they want, trust themselves, and intentionally create their own next chapter. @Mind_Managed

🧙🏻It turns out connecting with the most amazing women on the planet and building lasting friendships is my most cherished part of this experience. Reconnecting in Salem held so many magical moments. Lucky clovers, psychic readings, beachy sunsets, amazing conversations and more magic around every corner. And…I get to be a coach. One who helps people see themselves through a lens of self-compassion. Let me help you feel lucky in your life! @luckygirlcoaching

🧙🏻Coaching helped me to see that if I truly gave myself permission, my dreams are actually available to me. One of those was attending the SCA Immersion so I could finally find my tribe. I never imagined a bewitching reunion in Salem would keep us spellbound to one another forever. If you want to build your best life with intention, let’s start imagining it...together! @imagine.your.dream.life

🧙🏻Being open to possibility means I get a life filled with all different kinds of incredible people and experiences. Making time to cultivate these relationships is everything, especially when you get to travel! Salem is magic. And so are these witches. What a gift to spend more time with these brains and lift each other up! This is a truly magical life that I’ve created. Now, I help humans who don't fit in boxes take up more space in the world. @eryn.a.stutts by @eryn.a.stutts

Once upon a time, if someone had taken this photo of me, I would have asked them to please not post or share it. I would think it wasn’t flattering and worry about what people would think. Now I see someone actively loving her life and fighting to keep her body moving despite a back injury and fatphobic healthcare system, and I am proud to share some inspiration to get off your phone and explore your world! I see what my friend taking the photo saw - her friend spending quality time with her and enjoying nature and magic, hunting for four leaf clovers. This is what really matters to me. Now you will find me taking photos of myself, loving my reflection in a crop top with no makeup happily heading out in to the world!

What really matters to you?

I help people retrain their inner dialogue so that it takes up LESS brain space so they can confidently take up MORE space in the world.

If you would like to quiet the noise, schedule a call with me…right this very minute. Link in bio, or DM me and tell me what thoughts you have been having about photos of yourself lately. by @eryn.a.stutts

Why I started seeing a life coach…

Before coaching a normal day was waking up hungover and going FUCK. Grinding a 12-14 hour shift and not paying myself, crying and taking Xanax…in and out of unhealthy relationships with other people as well as myself.

Now I’m living a life I never thought possible. 4.5 years sober, I charge what I’m worth without hesitation, I keep Xanax in my purse but rarely take it, and Im in a healthy relationship with a loving partner that I couldn’t have ever dreamed I would find.

If you’d like to level up somewhere in YOUR life, DM me💋

Hiya Friends! I am in search of five humans with brains for a project!

For the last five years, I have been intensely studying the human brain, beginning with my own in The New School of Feminist Thought, and now in the Socratic Coaching Academy, where I am getting certified as a life coach. I am beside myself with excitement for where this path is leading me, as evidenced by this massive smile on my face as I get matching tattoos with the other humans in my class, which is the VERY FIRST class of coaches trained in a program with a feminist lens. I am changed, and you can grow along with me if that interests you!

To be selected you must be able to meet with me in person or on Zoom for an hour in the next two weeks or so, and be comfortable with our session being recorded. So…

~ If you have an area of your life/ thought pattern you feel stuck in.
~ If there is an area of your life you feel you have plateaued in and want to explore
~ If you just found out that
Thoughts.
Are.
Optional.

This could be for you. DM me!

I am the most versed in - body image, financial literacy and planning, sobriety, setting goals, time management, and how Ai is making it seem like you dont need to think anymore at all…

What is a life coaching session?
At its core? You bring me some sentences, and I ask you some questions. I help you reflect on the experience of being alive with different perspective.

I also have a very large directory of other coaches in training that are also looking for clients, so please reach out if you want a lift in another area. There is no charge, and these people are truly life changing!

Hiya Friends and Loved Ones!
I am starting a Fitness Club! Who wants to swim with me? Who knows a cool fat friendly dr I can talk to about spinal surgery and HRT? Are any of these suggested telehealth apps worth anything? Any chronic pain peeps that want to meet up and talk solutions? Let’s discuss. Comment or DM your best contact info so I can send a poll to pick a start date! 💋🤿🐳🦦 by @eryn.a.stutts
