A beautiful few days at @canyonranch Grateful to have shared Rituals of Radiance and to have had a meaningful conversation with @biancamaiocchi about growing up in the beauty world, and how that shaped our relationship in ways I’m still understanding.There was work… and there was play. Workout classes with @brookeburkebody @lizplosser and @equiptmovement , floating sound baths, horseback riding, labyrinth walks, meditation, night sky viewing, facials, body treatments, long conversations, beautiful meals, and time wandering the Tucson desert.I always leave these places reminded that wellness is built in the small rituals.
