MEN 35–60… you’re out of excuses.
These transformations?
They come from men who finally stopped bullshitting themselves.

Not one of these guys had “perfect” conditions.
They had jobs.
They had kids.
They had stress.
They had every reason to stay stuck…

But they chose to stop living soft.

Read that again.

You don’t gain 20–40 pounds in midlife because of “genetics” or “age.”
You gain it because:

❌ You stopped trying
❌ You let comfort win
❌ You’ve been negotiating with your excuses
❌ You only work hard at the things people see
❌ You abandoned the habits that made you confident

Meanwhile your wife sees it.
Your kids feel it.
YOU feel it every time you take your shirt off.

These men?
They got sick of their own shit and that’s why they changed.

🔥 They showed up on the days they didn’t want to
🔥 They followed a strategy, not their emotions
🔥 They stopped quitting every weekend
🔥 They treated their health like a priority, not a project
🔥 They built discipline and everything else followed

Midlife isn’t your downfall.
It’s your mirror.
And right now, it’s asking you a brutal question:

Are you proud of the man you’ve become… or are you settling?

If you’re ready to stop drifting, stop hiding, and finally rebuild the man you KNOW you’re capable of being…

👇 Comment “READY” and let’s get to work.
Your family deserves the strongest version of you not the story of why you never became him. by @escoelitemindset

This Has Been More Mentally Challenging Than Physically for my client Tomasio To Transform His Physique & Mindset.

We Worked On Battling His Demons Of Alcohol and Marijuana Abuse He Had Enough of it.

✅Almost 6 Months Sober from Alcohol
✅Gave Up The Weed
✅Cleaned Up His Eating
✅Got His Sleep Right
✅ Got His Steps Up
✅ Changed His Belief System

There’s no magic to this it’s a slow tedious boring process at times.

The Key To Success is we Play The Long Game Consistency Is The Key To Success.

Checking in on yourself daily always make sure your mental health is in a good place and once you’re done checking in on yourself checking on your people make sure they’re doing OK too.

Mental health is a serious thing and once you lose it and get in that dark place, it’s very hard to come out of here.

So do everything in your power to take care of your mental health go for walks hit the gym eat good food and be around good loving supporting people.

It’s crazy that nobody takes 1 ounce of energy or zero time to learn how to achieve a healthy physique or the body of their dreams!

I’ve been on the fatter side (250ish) and felt like absolute 💩‼️

Now that I’m on this side I never want to go back to that worthless fat slob and disrespecting myself ever again!

I want my wife to be proud of the man that she married not looking at me ever in utter disgust! by @escoelitemindset

Mans downfall is pride and ego where they can’t just admit they hate the way they look and feel.

This past summer on a few occasions I saw dudes in the pool with T Shirts On.

I’ve been on the other side of having a phat ass stomach looking like absolute shit.

I’m glad I took action and told myself I am not staying like this for the rest of my life.

No matter the age it’s not too late to turn it around & become the best version of yourself. by @escoelitemindset
