The dreaded cut. Do you ever stand in front of the mirror hoping that your latest bonding treatment is going to fix your hair while not focusing on supporting new growth? #hellobabyhairs

I think we all do it at one point or another.

✅ Take your supplements daily.
✅ Make sure you are getting protein.
✅ Trim when needed (it keeps it looking fresh).
✅ Add some Rosemary and Lavender hair masks to your routine.
Pro Tip → I add a few drops of Rosemary to my conditioner every time I shower and allow it to sit a bit longer. Try it, it really makes a difference.

Do you struggle with breakage?

⁣ Want healthy hair? Start at the roots. This is my healthy scalp hair growth spray.

💧 10-15 drops Rosemary
💧 10-15 drops Lavender
💧 10-15 drops Tea Tree
💧 10-15 drops Peppermint
💧 10-15 drops Frankincense
💧 Top with water in a 4 oz spray bottle

👉 Top with distilled water, shake and spray on your roots after you wash your hair while it is still wet. Dry and style as usual.

❌No, it won’t make your hair greasy.
You can use Moroccan Oil if you prefer instead of water.
It’s seriously sooooo good! This helps with keeping your scalp super healthy and keeps your hair follicles supported for massive hair growth. (Starting at the roots!)

Does this help?

Healthy hair starts at the root. Even if your hair has breakage, split ends, or some loss, we can start supporting it from the inside out.

💈 Here are my top tips for healthy hair:

1. Make sure you are eating healthy fats and proteins.
2. Supplement with Biotin, LLV, and collagen
3. Don’t overprocess or apply heat without a heat protectant.
4. Don’t strip your hair of its natural oils too often (over-shampooing, swimming in chlorine without wetting it with spring water first)
5. Use a Hair Mask 2 times a month
6. Spray oils on your roots post-shower to support growth

What would you add to the healthy hair list?

Want the simple, one-oil solution, to fight those blemishes that keep you from popping in photos with your friends?
Purify.
Just a drop. That’s all you need.
Or add 20-25 drops to a 10 mL roller and top with Jojoba oil (perfect for acne). Keep it in the bathroom cabinet for life’s little blemishes.
What do you do? Apply heat, toothpaste, and baking soda? Pick it? Cover it with makeup? Everything?

Honestly, how often do you clean your makeup brushes? Me? Not often enough. 🤢

Here is a simple DIY to get those brushes clean and bacteria-free! (We don’t want that all over our faces.)

Makeup Brush Cleaner

💧 A squirt of OnGuard Cleaner Concentrate
💧 3 drops Purify
💧 Warm Water

Mix together in a cup or mug. Soak your brushes for 15-20 minutes. Agitate. Then lay out to dry.

When was the last time you cleaned your brushes?

I swear by this DIY straight from doTERRA’s Blog. Ginger Lime Brown Sugar Scrub.

It scrubs all the dead skin away. Moisturizes my skin. Annndd…it smells like a Moscow Mule to boot!

👉 Try it here: https://www.doterra.com/US/en/blog/diy-ginger-lime-brown-sugar-scrub

Use this recipe but change out the essential oils as you want. Here are a few of my favorite combos:

⭐ Grapefruit and Balance
⭐ Adaptiv and Wild Orange (or try Tangerine or Clementine)
⭐ Cypress and Grapefruit
⭐ Rose and Frankincense

Let me know which one you try! If you are not a huge fan of DIY - you can purchase made by Doterra body scrub - let me know if you need a link! ⁣

Make your Immortelle last longer with this easy hack (plus, it gives you 3+ months of Under Eye Serum). 👀

👉 Grab a new bottle of Immortelle and two empty 10 mL Rollers.
👉 Split your Immortelle into thirds (⅓ per roller).
👉 Optional: Add 5 drops of Yarrow | Pom to each roller.
👉 Top all three with Jojoba or Argan Oil.

After you cleanse your face, roll around under your eyes each night.
So easy, so clean, so non-toxic!

It will have everyone asking what your secret is. 😉

No one likes dry and flaky skin. The key? Make sure you moisturize. doTERRA has lots of options.

🤩 doTERRA Spa Hand and Body Lotion–it’s fragrance-free! So, mix in your favorite oils or double up on the moisture by adding in Yarrow | Pom.

🤩 Beautiful Body Mist–smells amazing and S U P E R moisturizing…what’s that? It can spray from any angle! 😍

🤩 doTERRA Spa Body Butter–super thick and hydrating, perfect for locking in moisture post-shower (plus the Wild Orange and Douglas Fir oils in it are very purifying to the skin).

🤩 Yarrow | Pom Body Serum–rub this in right after your shower. Extra dry, wait a few minutes, and double up with the Body Butter. You can thank me later.

Our skin absorbs what we put on it, making sure it's benefiting your body.

How do you keep your skin feeling great?
