@childofgod.mp3 presents 10 minutes of dance floor bliss. It's been a long time in the making. Balancing hectic life in the states with isolated moments of communal joy, CHILD OF GOD. remains true to his values by encapsulating the soul of techno in his homegrown Provo dance scene. Hosting sweaty house parties that serve as pretty much the only genuine dancefloor experience you can get an hour out of the city. The walls thump and swell to the beat of endless tracks that trap you in, then embrace you. Featuring a pure LA remix from our friend and collaborator @dj_ligma , Missed Conceptions is a perfect realization of the experience being hand-crafted in the Provo scene as we speak. Cops can't wait to turn this one off. ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ by @eta45.world

NEW RELEASE โœ‚๏ธ Metroplant ignites a seismic shift for Provoโ€™s own PRYVYD and the heart of SLC After-Hours Dance Music. Nearly three years ago, PRYVYD burst onto the scene with his ETA debut, Stockton Rush. Since then, our city has been bubbling with untamed energy, teetering on the edge of a cultural explosion. PRYVYDโ€™s Metroplant is a raw, visceral expression of transformation, telling a story of growth, rebellion, and relentless passion. This is a declaration that Provoโ€™s voice is finally being heard loud and proud further cementing SLC in the national dance scene. ๐Ÿ’ฃThis is a certified wall banger๐Ÿ’ฃ ๐Ÿ“ต NO SPOTIFY Streaming everywhere else ๐Ÿ–• Mastering - Sprit by @eta45.world

Every moment you rest in between steps you feel a brisk air rush past the hairs on your arm, just for a moment, reminding you where you are and how far you've come. Either the cold, or the impending wintery hangover persisting from the back to back parties during October, or a combination of the two has waned the crowds to leave you surrounded almost entirely by your friends. The DJ starts cutting a little deeper. The cold air begins to dissipate and you remember. How could you forget? I opened my browser one day to a nondescript email from Sprit with the subject title "Album!". Due to the referral I assumed this would be another tech house release that I wouldn't be able to host on the label. Regardless, I checked out the attached audio file to see what was going on. Hold up. I skipped forward. Huh? I skipped forward. What the fuck? To my surprise I was skimming through an hour of unreleased music from someone whose name I had never even heard before. Who the hell is this? Where did this come from? And why is it so good? Below was another two hours of unreleased music. It took me a moment to gather myself. I reset the play-head to the beginning and typed out my response. Let's do it. Celebration House 91 is the debut release from IDM producer, Sprit, based out of Provo Utah. Sprit heavily utilizes hardware in his tracks drawing inspiration from the likes of Squarepusher, Aphex Twin, and other artists from obscure corners of his Youtube recommendations. Celebration House 91 represents the authentic spirit of artists and ravers that lives in the Salt Lake Valley and marks a milestone on the ETA45 label as the first solo LP to date. Limited CD's are available now. Don't miss this one. #idm #ravecore #breakcore #release #slc #sprit by @eta45.world
"Open or closed?" My gin and tonic snapped onto the epoxy finished bar. The glass was cold in my hands. Hands that were slowly warming up with the room around me. The kick thumped with the up-beat hi-hat. The dreamy sound of the washed vocals and filtered synth pads called me towards the dance floor. The spring reverberated stabs subtly held my attention as the groove began to swell. Without a word, I watched as people swayed their way towards the booth, drinks in hand. Something about this... You give it your attention and it rewards. I need to get back out there. "Closed" I sipped my tonic and washed my mind away in the music. 1 - Cover art by Ava Blank ๐ŸŽต imma b alr 2 - Alt cover art by Ava Blank ๐ŸŽต tellin' me Ava Blank is a producer based out of Los Angeles, California specializing in some of the groovier genres of dance music.
