POSTS STORIES REELS

Dear, Ethereal community, we hope this message finds you well! As the world continues to shift and change, we’ve been reflecting on how we can stay connected with all of you and bring some joy and creativity into our lives 🦋

After much consideration, we’ve decided to pivot our approach for the time being, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you. Starting next month, we’ll be hosting monthly meetups every second Tuesday, where we’ll come together to hang out, play games, and get crafty!🎨📚

Whether it’s making something fun with your hands, enjoying a few rounds of games, or simply connecting with old friends and new, these regular gatherings are all about having a good time and fostering that sense of community that we all love ❤️

Each month, the price for the event will vary depending on what we’re creating or doing, but rest assured, we’ll keep things affordable and
exciting!😊

And don’t worry - while this shift is focused on smaller, more intimate experiences for now, we’re keeping an eye on bigger events for the future, which we’ll announce as soon as we’re ready to bring them to life!✨

We truly hope you’ll join us for these monthly hangouts, and that together, we can continue to build the vibrant, creative, and supportive community we all cherish.
The first meetup is just around the corner, so keep an eye out for more details!⭐️

Looking forward to seeing you there! With love and excitement, Lexa, Genna, & Kelli

For #acourtofsplinteredharmony #releaseparty @bn.redcliffs I did a cosplay I’ve been dreaming of for years and had WAY too much fun doing so! Who am I? @etherealeventco by @etherealeventco

After reading the books multiple times 🫣 I came back to where my love for this series and these characters began at Barnes and Noble
These books gave me the courage, and let’s be honest, SPARK to start @etherealeventco 🥹🫶🏼
How lucky, we get another book! 🥰
Happy release day!

Every story matters, and we’re so grateful to have been part of this one. ✨📖

Thank you to @ccreekservices for trusting Ethereal Event Co to bring Once Upon a Gala to life. Creating a little storybook magic in support of your work was an honor.

To our team, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and every guest who showed up with an open heart: thank you. So many hands helped turn an idea into an evening filled with wonder, connection, and purpose.

From The Hope Tree to Treasures at Journey’s End, we hope you found a little magic to take home with you. 💜

And in true event planner fashion, I was so busy making the magic happen that I forgot to photograph it. Apparently my fairy godmother duties don’t include remembering my camera. 😂✨ Please send us your photos and tag Ethereal Event Co in your posts, we’d love to see the evening through your eyes! by @etherealeventco

A special thank you to all of our incredible sponsors and Mystery Prize Drawing donors who have helped make Once Upon a Gala possible!

Your generosity helps create a special evening for our guests while directly supporting Canyon Creek Services and the survivors we serve. From sponsoring the event to donating prizes, every contribution makes a difference.

We are so grateful for the businesses, organizations, and community members who have invested in this event and in our mission. Thank you for helping us bring this evening of music, magic, dinner, and giving to life.

We couldn’t do it without you. Thank you for helping us make every story matter!

A huge thank you to the @cedarcitychamber @visitcedarcity and @officialcedarcity the teams that sponsored and brought Downtown at Dusk to fruition and @oneutahsummit for inviting Ethereal Event Co. to be part of your events!

It was so much fun dusting off the beautiful pieces we purchased from the @utahshakespeare Festival and seeing people stop for photos. We love creating little moments that bring people together.

We’re proud to be part of a community that values creativity, collaboration, and local events. Thank you for including us, we’re already looking forward to the next one! #visitcedarcity #oneutahsummit #communityevents #southernutah by @etherealeventco
