She had NO IDEA we were all actually there just for her 🥹🤍💍

The second it clicked what was actually happening…
the shock, the way her whole face changed, the tears in that freezing Minnesota air ❄️

She even said “I can’t believe you actually surprised me!” She had been expecting it and highly suspicious for awhile 😂

Absolutely flawless execution.
10/10 surprise.
Would emotionally manipulate again 🔥

I’m not your typical photographer.
I didn’t go to art school.
I didn’t graduate high school.
I battled drug addiction.
I’ve had skin cancer three times, with a melanoma cut out of my chest just last December.
My best friend was murdered in his home, two houses down from mine.
And I’m only 28.

You could say I’ve been through a lot of crap, but because of it I know how precious time is, so I won’t waste mine or yours.
I have an incredibly soft, understanding heart, but I do not tolerate disrespect.
I believe in mutual trust, kindness, and working with people who are just as human as I am.

I built a photography business from the ground up, with nothing but a dream, a camera, resilience, and a whole lot of heart.

I know what it means to get a second chance at life.
I know how sacred time is, how fragile health is,
and how important it is to feel seen, valued, and safe being your real, unfiltered self.

That’s why when you’re in front of my camera, I don’t just pose you. I hype you up. I listen. I watch your walls come down. I show you a version of yourself you forgot existed; confident, present, alive.

My goal?

To capture moments you’ll feel in your bones 10, 20, 40 years from now.

I built this business with a dream, a camera, and a belief that people don’t need to be “photogenic” to feel beautiful.

They just need permission to feel.
To be themselves.
To be seen.

I don’t take “just photos.”
I capture proof that you were here.
That you loved deeply.
That you lived fully.
That in this moment, you were alive.

And when you look at your photos and whisper,
“Wow. That’s actually me.”

That’s the moment I live for 🧡

They had no idea they were “interrupting” our session because my clients truly looked like hired performers 😂

But honestly? That moment mattered more than any shot we had planned.

So we paused.

Because sometimes photography isn’t just about creating magic, it’s about protecting it.

For a few minutes, that little girl got to believe she met a real king and queen. And my clients? They handled it with so much grace and kindness. AGAIN. This has happened to them before because they always look SO COOL 😂

This is why I love what I do.

Not just for the epic visuals.
But for the unexpected, heart melting, princess dream moments in between 👑❄️✨

What’s your favorite scary movie? 👻🔪🩸

Ghostface is by far my favorite villain, there’s nothing quite like psychological horror 🔥

Some women belong in fairytales. Others look like the reason Lake Superior is haunted 🐍🩸🕯️

A little witchcraft, a little mystery, and a whole lot of feminine power 🔥

Serpents, candlelight, and a woman who looks like she could lure sailors to their deaths without even trying 😂🖤

Tell me this doesn’t look like something straight out of a dark fantasy novel?!

Do you hear the Sirens song? 🧜‍♀️

A wicked storm was rolling in right when we started shooting but we still managed to snag some moody shots 😍

This is why I will always choose an adventure over a perfectly posed photoshoot 😍

Because when you’re climbing over rocks, splashing through water, laughing at each other and trying not to fall on your ass, you stop thinking about the camera.

You’re not worrying about where to put your hands or whether you’re “photogenic.” You’re just hanging out with your favorite person, making a new core memory together.

And THAT is where I all the best shots come from 🔥

The real laughs. The way they reach for each other. The little looks they don’t even realize they’re giving each other as they dance in a literal waterfall 😭🫶🏻

Truly felt like watching a rom com with these two 🥹🧡
