There’s something quietly magical about a supper at home, a table filled with close friends, strangers becoming friends by the end of the night

Especially when it’s Feijoada, a dish that carries history, warmth, and the feeling of home.

Inspired by the kind of prawns cooked in olive oil you find across different regions - EttHemByTCB’s version leans into Bombay flavours a little more. Omani prawns cooked in Irish butter and Spanish olive oil, with our house spice mix, curry leaves and mustard seeds doing what they do best.

At EttHemByTCB supper doesn’t really start until the Omani Prawns show up.

Hosted our first ever supperclub with @etthembytcb using our debut collection. A reminder that the table is a canvas and you bring the colour. Whether that’s the food, the plates or the conversation. Paint loud, paint bright just make it yours.

To get hold of your own plates, see link in bio. #feeniestable #tableware #dubai #founder #supperclubsubai by @etthembytcb

Mid-2021, someone said, “Why don’t you sell your pasties?”
So we did - started from home.. (@astoryoffood )

Started small, landed in a friend’s cloud kitchen, popped up at Ripe Market in @d3dubai during @dubaidesignweek
380 pasties, a lot of fear… sold out in 1.5 days (with queues!).

Even @halabadri @dubaiculture stopped by to interview us!

Fast forward to today, we’re catering a Christie’s Middle East event.(@christiesmiddleeast @alserkalavenue @theworkshopdxb - thank you @meagankellyhorsman and team Christie’s)

Still processing that one.

Thank you! by @etthembytcb

Cooking an Indian meal uses almost everything in the kitchen. Doing it just for yourself can feel tedious, even a little lonely.

But when you cook that same meal as a spread, the magic shifts. The effort turns into love, the chaos into comfort, and the joy of feeding yourself becomes something deeply, overwhelmingly beautiful. by @etthembytcb

ABOUT ME (Wink) - @neovikram

Started behind the lens, dodging the spotlight while telling stories for luxury, fashion, and hospitality brands. Took a detour through @theplantbureau , then accidentally fed 5,000 people through EttHemByTCB - turns out, I like storytelling you can taste.

Now- immersed in the F&B world - crafting brands, curating buzz, and plating feelings. Basically, if it needs a story (or a side of drama)!

The end of the year evokes a kaleidoscope of emotions especially when you are away from family and single, with the joy of birthdays, the anticipation of Christmas, and the allure of New Year’s Eve.

Over the past decade, these year-end celebrations have transformed into profoundly meaningful occasions. They are imbued with heartfelt gratitude, cherished moments with intimate friends.

Thank you to those who made the month of December special for me. by @etthembytcb
