It's about that time! The years I spent in #Baltimore gave me teammates that are lifelong friends and family, unforgettable experiences. It was fun being a part of the perpetual success, and learn what our #culture means to so many. There's only one way to be today! #ravens #ravensflock #afcchampionship by @eugenegreenmonroe

What an honor. I know this was shared, I'm honored to have my jersey retired at Plainfield High! I do love the city, which continues to breed excellence against the odds. Sharing this moment with my family, my tribe, teammates, coaches, administration and everyone who played a part in my journey was SPECIAL. I thank you all, this is for you, you all poured into me. Thank you Father for honoring my people in this way! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 #plainfield by @eugenegreenmonroe

don't worry about these light weights, my body is busted but I'm finding ways to push! And yes I weigh 400 Pounds 🤣🤣🔥🔥 Glory to God for the discipline to do this every single day. I thank Him for command over this body, I'll make it do whatever, with Him I'm capable of ANYTHING! My happy place! Weights and @streetlightsbible by @eugenegreenmonroe

Riding around Watopia on @gozwift after crushing legs at the gym. I love that there's always other riders to tag along and push with! Climbing after lunges burn deeeeeep! Rocking this slick skin suit from @theblackbibs Skin suits might be the new jam over the bib shorts. by @eugenegreenmonroe

Quick lower body pump at the gym before I go and get COOKED on @gozwift by a RoboRacer 🤣🤣🤣. I have a long way to go to build real fitness on the bike but I'm having an absolute blast with the challenge. The perspective you get of the environment on two wheels almost rivals skiing down snowy mountain tops. Let's goooooo!!! by @eugenegreenmonroe

@gozwift paired with @wahoofitnessofficial Kickr Core 2! Riding inside during tornado warnings and stuff! Since our weather wants to be bipolar on the east coast by @eugenegreenmonroe

Training much differently now, Consistency over intensity (although there are bouts of intensity😮‍💨). Longevity is critical! Nothing to prove, everything to gain. Movement heals, get to work! by @eugenegreenmonroe

Cycling is allowing me to crank cardio and save these busted knees! I love it! Got a quick ride in to finish tour de Zwift before hitting the weights! Got that kit! @gozwift @wahoofitnessofficial by @eugenegreenmonroe
