Halloween birthday song session with Q’uichi Crow! 🌈🐦‍⬛we are planting seeds of love. Hope your day is magical dear friends! Keep singing and connecting to nature and life all around us. Much love to your heart. ♥️🐦‍⬛🙏🌈✨✨ by @eva_eagle_tree

Infinite gratitude to the beautiful Star Sisters who gathered to share and amplify their medicine at our recent Stars Within Retreat.
Now the Ceremony continues and healing ripples back and forward in time.
Every day, remember to remember! Through the living constellation of our body temple, we gather in devotion to the sacred feminine—invoking dreaming, Soul recovery, and sacred play.
Together, we explore ancestry, grace, laughter, ritual, grief, and the power of love (Munay). Guided by Andean cosmology, we meet the Chaska Runa (Star Beings) within and around us—revealing pathways home and igniting the beauty and miracle of life.

Right before I grabbed my phone to make a little video, Q’uichi and I were having a wonderful vocalization session. Then she became very contemplative and so I just stayed with her in that space. So happy she is doing well and seems super healthy. 🙏♥️🐦‍⬛ by @eva_eagle_tree

Wishing peace and love to all today. Grateful for my life and the precious gift of family and community. Today felt crunchy for many reasons but rather than spiral into victimhood and sadness, I brought everything to the forest and to the water. My notes to myself: Trust your inner wisdom and meet each experience with curiosity. Allow your breath, your heartbeat, your inner music, and your embodied awareness to guide you. Be with the wind, be with the water, be with your thoughts and emotions and then release them all so that you can come back to the simple breath of life that brings profound gratitude again and again.
With love, Eva 🙏♥️🌿✨ by @eva_eagle_tree

Q’uichi food negotiations. So demanding! And lovely. ♥️🐦‍⬛#crowsofinstagram #crows by @eva_eagle_tree

Today my heart felt broken, and I was filled with upset and rage. I have chosen to not turn away from the very difficult material and SA case that has been reopened of Cornell seven. As always, I take these big feelings to the water and in the golden light of the setting sun this song asked to be sung. The conscious voice alchemy, movement, yawning, grieving, Ceremony, and witnessing that brought me to this openhearted moment, keeps me going. From the deep excavations of our shadow parts, we can find transformation and healing. As a survivor of SA, I truly believe that we are the ones we are waiting for and the time is now to bring forth change through loves revolution. For everyone struggling right now, I send bright prayers to your heart. I see you. I hear you. I stand with you.

What a joy it is to go out every day with my dear adventure companion Bindi. She is 15 years old now and so we move at the pace of trust and today we found a beautiful spot to rest upon the moss. The sweet sound of her gentle snoring is such medicine to me. Animals are incredible gifts and it’s such an honor and a privilege to be kin with an elder dog. ♥️🙏🌿✨ by @eva_eagle_tree
