What if your workout didn’t feel like another bloody chore? Just you pressing play, getting fitter and stronger - and hopefully having a bloody good laugh along the way. 😂 That’s why I started E.C.C Online. Fitness classes you can do at home, in the spare office at work, on holiday… basically wherever life happens to have you. No frills. No fancy filming. No fancy editing. No pretending every workout goes perfectly - the bloopers are included too. 🙃 And no super-polished trainer who looks like she’s just stepped off an active wear catwalk, telling you what to do when she has no idea what it’s like to train around injuries, having a new born, recovering from a caesarean, menopause, low-energy days, work and all the other stuff life throws at you. (The list goes on aye 😅) Just me, coaching you through every session. No mirrors. No judgement. No one watching. That’s what ECC Online is about. For everyday women who want to show up for themselves - however their day is going. ✨ You don’t have to be fit to start. ✨ You don’t need to be exercise competent. ✨ You just need to press play and move your body. If you’ve been putting it off, maybe this is your sign. 😉 Real-life fitness. Real-life women. Real-life me dancing around like a bloody lunatic and laughing at myself .🤣 Follow me for more fitness, wellness, confidence and everything in between. 😎 What’s the ONE thing that’s been stopping you from starting your fitness journey? 💫VIVEA SKINCARE 8 WEEK FEEDBACK 💫 *Not paid to say this - this is my honest feedback! I’ve added a couple of ‘before photos’ at the end of this reel and I’m blown away - I knew I had good results but I didn’t realise how good until I re-visited my first product test reel (red chest) and then zoomed in on my skin in second photo - even though the lighting was making my nude skin look semi-decent and I felt cute - might delete later 😅 I was deceived - zoom in on that photo and my skin is extremely dehydrated and the size of my pores - eek 🫣 No wonder my skin was looking so blocked up after being in and out of the gym, rubbing my face all day. 👀 So, add that to the list of positive results after 8 weeks - ✅Reduced pore size ✅ Smoother texture and overall appearance ✅ Reduced redness ✅Increased Hydration ✅ Increased softness ✅ Increased glow and more youthful appearance (if I do say so myself 😅) - one of my clients was shocked to find out I was 45 the other day. Thanks Vivea! 😉 Other skincare brands need not apply. I’m sorted. If you are in need to a skin overhaul - give @viveaskincare a go and thank me later. 😎😘 PR-Gifted #vivea #viveaskincare #viveaskincarenz #nzbeauty #skincare by @evana.wellness

What did you get up to in the long weekend, peeps? 👇🏼 #weekend #longweekend #weekendvibes #friends #fun by @evana.wellness
LOVE YOURSELF FIRST. 🩷 One of the most important things you can ever do for yourself is learn to truly love, accept and appreciate the person you are. 👊🏻Recognising your own worth, celebrating your strengths, embracing your quirks and learning to be a little kinder to yourself along the way. Self-love is about taking care of yourself, physically and mentally. It’s making time for the things that bring you joy, riding yourself of things that cause you pain, stress and anguish; investing in your health and wellbeing, pursuing the things that excite you and giving yourself permission to grow and evolve and surround yourself with those who encourage you on your journey. It’s learning to appreciate how far you’ve come rather than constantly focusing on how far you still have to go. You don’t have everything figured out to feel good about who you are. Some days you’ll feel on top of the world. Other days you’ll question yourself, feel a little lost or struggle to find your motivation, but… The important thing is to keep showing up for yourself, celebrating the little wins and remembering that personal growth is a journey, not a destination. ✨ Give yourself the same love, patience and encouragement that you give so freely to others. 🙌🏼 Nourish your body. Feed your mind. Find joy in the little things. Keep learning, keep growing and never stop discovering new things about yourself. Love you and love your life… health, happiness, fun and adventure 🩷 Because the relationship you have with yourself is the most important of all. Make it a good one. #SelfLove #WomensConfidence #Wellbeing #PersonalGrowth #confidence by @evana.wellness

🩷🧠 YOUR MENTAL HEALTH DESERVES A LITTLE ATTENTION EVERY SINGLE DAY. As Mental Health Awareness Week here in NZ comes to an end, here are 7 things I personally prioritise to support my mental health and overall wellbeing. 💫 🥗 GOOD FUEL/NUTRITION – Nourish your body with balanced food to support energy, brain function and overall health. 💪🏼 MOVEMENT – Exercise can boost mood, reduce stress and improve energy. A walk, stretch or dance around your lounge all counts! 💫 WELLNESS & SELF-CARE – Sauna, massage, facial or a long, hot bath. Make time to relax and recharge. ☀️ REST & DOWNTIME – Sunshine, beach walks, meditation or simply doing NOTHING. You don’t have to be productive every minute! (Still working hard on this one! 😅) 📚 MINDSET & PERSONAL GROWTH – Read, listen to a podcast, try therapy or learn something new. Understanding yourself better is empowering. 😴 SLEEP – Never underestimate a good night’s sleep! I need at least 9 hours to feel like myself. Lately, I’ve been sleeping better by going to bed earlier and enjoying my @peakchocolate Unwind sleepy hot chocolate as part of my evening routine. ☕️ ✨ SOCIAL CONNECTION – Spend time with people who lift you up. Have a laugh, call a friend or organise a date night. Connection matters! BUT HERE’S THE THING… YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO ALL 7 EVERY DAY. Start with just ONE. 👌🏽 Some days, self-care looks like smashing a workout. Other days, it’s simply getting through the day, asking for help or giving yourself a break. It all matters. ❤️ These habits don’t replace professional support when needed. If you’re struggling, reach out to a mental health helpline or talk to your GP. ✨ YOUR TURN: Which of these 7 do you need to prioritise a little more right now? Let’s make looking after ourselves part of everyday life, not just Mental Health Awareness Week. 🩷 #MentalHealthAwareness #MentalHealthMatters #MentalWellbeing by @evana.wellness
A short break from my usual content.. Re-thinking marketing to get more bites- maybe this will float ya boat. See what I did there.. This is my home away from home.., my dad’s boat. And it could be yours. To be fair, if you buy it, it will come with conditions - I can still visit with wine and cheese and you take me fishing; deal? Oh.. and we do ECC Online workouts on board. 💪🏼 Let’s be fair - I’m not a salesperson and I don’t know that much about boats - but this one is big. I’d live on it, 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen with all the bells and whistles, /lounge/dining, fly bridge; cockpit/duckboard, storage.. like.. need I say more?! Do the thing.. visit Tauranga Boat Sales @ @taurangabridgemarina to view or contact me for useless information but the vote of confidence that this is well worth the stupidly low price in this crappy market and you should buy it NOW. And if you can name the movie this song is from, I’ll give you $5 off. Ready. Set. go. 🚦 #taurangaboatsales #taurangabridgemarina #tauranga #nzboating #nzlife by @evana.wellness
