Planning a conference, exhibition or workshop? Start with a clear event floor plan.

Where should the stage go? How will you arrange the audience seating? Where will guests register?

This conference layout brings those decisions into one view, with a stage, four seating blocks, a registration area and space for networking. The close-up shows the actual seating controls in EveCom Venue Maps, where you can adjust rows, seats per row and spacing.

EveCom Venue Maps is a free, browser-based venue map designer for planning event layouts across up to three floors. Start designing without logging in; a verified account is required to save to your account, import or export.

What would you add to this venue layout for your next event?
