✨ A little introduction to me and the heart behind EverGlow.

I’ve spent over 20 years working in education and early years, growing from working directly with children into leadership, people development and coaching. Along the way, I’ve seen how the right support can transform someone’s confidence, self-belief and the way they see themselves.

I’ve also seen how easy it is to lose a little bit of yourself trying to meet expectations or be who you think you’re supposed to be.

That’s why I created EverGlow. 💗

As a strengths coach and Mental Health First Aid instructor, I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves better, recognise what makes them unique and feel more confident in how they show up, in life, work and leadership.

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-focused and rooted in the belief that people don’t need fixing.

Sometimes, they just need the space and support to find their spark again. ✨

I’m so glad you’re here. 🌱

She turned 5 four days ago and I’m still thinking about it.
She swings with her whole body. She asks questions without worrying how they sound. She lights up without checking if it’s appropriate. She is completely, unapologetically herself.
She hasn’t learned to hide her strengths yet.
And watching her makes me wonder, when did we? When did we start shrinking the parts of us that are actually the most powerful?
That’s the heart of strengths coaching. Not adding something new, but unlearning the hiding. Getting back to the version of you that didn’t second guess what came naturally.
She’s my greatest reminder of why this work matters.
If you’re ready to stop hiding yours, I’d love to work with you. Link in bio to book a discovery call with EverGlow. #strengthscoaching #lifecoaching #cliftonstrengths by @everglow_coaching

I don’t know about you, but social media has felt like A LOT recently.

Some days, it’s a lovely place to connect, find inspiration and feel less alone. Other days, it can leave you feeling like everyone else is doing more, achieving more and somehow managing life better than you are.

The constant updates, the business launches, the milestones, the perfect family days. Even when we know we’re only seeing a tiny snapshot of someone’s life, it’s so easy to compare their highlights with our own behind-the-scenes.

And before we know it, something that’s meant to connect us leaves us feeling like we’re falling behind.

So, here’s your little reminder to slow down.

✨ You don’t have to turn every part of your life into progress.

✨ You’re allowed to have seasons where you’re quieter.

✨ You can be happy for someone else without feeling like you’re not doing enough.

✨ Your worth isn’t measured by your productivity, achievements or visibility.

And if you need to mute, unfollow, take a break or simply put your phone down for a bit, that’s okay too.

I think we could all do with a little less pressure to keep up and a little more permission to just be.

Let’s make this a space for real life, honest conversations and being human. Not just the shiny bits.

Slow down. You’re doing fine. 💛

Coaching gets a lot of assumptions thrown at it. So here’s how I actually see it, and why it might be exactly what you need right now.

It’s not about fixing you. You’re not broken. It’s about helping you find your way back to yourself, and figuring out what to do from there.

It’s a space where your thoughts get heard, your feelings make sense, and your next step gets a bit clearer. Useful if you’re overthinking everything, running on empty for everyone else, or just feeling a bit lost in who you actually are right now.

The real power isn’t me giving you advice. It’s asking the right question at the right time and letting you find your own answer.

If any of this sounds familiar, that’s usually a good sign it’s worth a conversation.

Curious? Send me a message and let’s see if it’s a fit.

Smarts and hearts.

Someone dropped that phrase in a meeting the other day and I’m still thinking about it.

We spend so much time chasing smart. Smart decisions, smart strategy, smart growth. And don’t get me wrong, that matters.

But heart? That’s the bit that makes people actually want to follow you.

The leaders I admire most aren’t choosing between the two. They’re bringing both to the table every single day.

Which one comes more naturally to you? 👇

Unpopular opinion: empathy is one of the most powerful leadership skills out there 💛

For years it got labelled as “too sensitive”. Not something a strong leader would have.

I completely disagree.

Empathy is literally how culture gets built. It’s what makes people feel safe enough to do their best work AND to put their hand up when they’re struggling.

I lead with it. Always will. 🙌 #fyp #leadership #empathicleadership by @everglow_coaching

You already know more than you think. You just need someone to help you see it clearly. That’s literally what I do. Link in bio. 👇 #lifecoachingforwomen #lifecoachingformen #strengthscoach #cliftonstrengths #gallup by @everglow_coaching

Growth rarely looks the way we think it will.

We imagine it as a clean, upward climb. Steady. Logical. One step neatly following the next.

But real growth? It loops back on itself. It stalls. It takes detours you didn’t plan for. It asks you to sit in uncertainty for longer than feels comfortable.

And somewhere in the middle of all that mess, something shifts.

That’s where coaching comes in. Not to straighten the path, but to help you keep moving when you’ve lost the thread. To remind you that the wobbles aren’t signs you’re failing. They’re signs you’re actually in it.

If you’re in the messy middle right now, I’d love to walk alongside you for a bit.

Discovery calls are open! No pressure, no script. Just a conversation.

Choosing to invest in yourself isn’t about doing more - it’s about doing things differently on purpose.

Booking the thing that supports your growth.
Saying no without over-explaining.
Backing yourself before you feel fully “ready.”
Creating space to think, not just react.
Closing the laptop and actually switching off.

Small choices, repeated consistently, are where real change begins.

This is exactly what coaching is designed to support - not reinvention, but clearer thinking, stronger decisions, and a more intentional way of showing up in work and life.

✨ Choosing you more often… hallelujah ✨

If this is the season you’re in, coaching offers the space to make those shifts with support and structure. #fyp #everythinghallelujah #coaching by @everglow_coaching
