Everybody Eats was built in LA, but Mexico City has become part of the story in a real way.

Through @airbnb new services, I’m bringing the table to CDMX with intimate dinners rooted in good food, thoughtful hospitality & real connection. The setting changes, but the intention never does. 🖤

Chef Talk: Walk Good, Live Full

Culture. Confidence. Connection.

“Walk Good” was my family’s way of saying move safe, move smart, move with grace. And the more I’ve traveled — across kitchens, countries and countless flights — the more I’ve realized those two words are the foundation of how I navigate the world. Over the years, travel shaped these Three C’s that guide everything I do.

CULTURE
Food has always been my passport. From Mexico City to Paris, every dish reminds me that heritage isn’t something you leave — it’s something you remix. I cook to honor where I’m from and evolve where I’m going.

CONFIDENCE
Solo trips taught me the quiet kind of strength — ordering in a language you don’t speak, trusting yourself when the plan shifts. Confidence isn’t loud. It’s knowing you’ll figure it out.

CONNECTION
The world shows love in different languages: Tokyo’s intention, Rio’s rhythm, Mexico’s warmth. Every meal and every table in Everybody Eats is built on that truth — connection is the real passport.
