What do you mean, what do I mean??? 😆😆

Y’all — almost 900 days alcohol freeeee and I think these videos speak for themselves 🤭 your girl had a problem, a big one and I always knew deep down, something had to change.

Was it easy? No
Was it hard? 100 x yes
Was it difficult navigating it all: you bet
Was it worth it? Best decision I ever made

Maybe it’s not alcohol you need ditch but a bad habit that is no longer serving you.

Maybe it’s time to put you first and stop people pleasing.

Maybe it’s time to come home TO YOU.

Maybe it’s time you let go of all the outside noise and spoke up for you and OWNED it.

Maybe it’s time to give yourself what you deserve 🫶🏼 by @everydaywithcourt

There was a time I didn’t know who I was.

I had to figure it out on my own.

I learned the hard lessons, the kind that break you just enough to rebuild stronger.

I lost myself completely.

I felt so lost I didn’t know where to turn.

And I told myself I could never be that sober girl.

But here I am — becoming her every day. 🤍 by @everydaywithcourt
