Humble warrior. ✨🪷🥷🪷✨ I love this asana because every time it comes in the flow, I feel like I bow my entire being in reverence to Mother Earth. I’m surrendering to my practice. Feeling grateful is inevitable 🦋 Benefits: “Balance and Emotions: The practice of Baddha Virabhadrasana (Humble Warrior Pose) helps to keep the mind calm, stable and build self-confidence. It is a powerful grounding pose that energizes the body with the smooth flow of prana.” by @eviandyoga
Today’s mantra 💡✨ I attract blessings with ease. Luck flows to me endlessly. Abundance is my natural state. Haux Haux 🪶 by @eviandyoga
Private practice, shared energy ✨ guiding through flow and finding balance together. 🧘🏽‍♀️💫 Yoga is so much more than movement, it’s presence, breath, and connection. When we practice one-on-one, every posture adapts to the body in front of me, every breath is intentional, and the flow becomes a shared journey. 🌿 Grateful for these moments where teaching turns into learning too, and where balance on the mat reminds us of balance in life. Big thanks to my dear friend @luanaboggione for trusting in this 🦋🩵✨ #PrivateYoga #YogaFlow #YogaPractice #OneOnOneYoga #YogaTeacher #MindfulMovement #YogaJourney #WellnessLifestyle #YogaEverywhere #BalanceAndFlow #YogaInspiration #ConsciousLiving #YogaVibes #YogaDaily #eviandyoga #yogagirl #viniyasaflowyogatraining #foreverstudent by @eviandyoga
Dance of life, remedy to my soul. ✨ I’m slowly finding my way back here. I’ve kept so many flows tucked away in my archives, and I’ve promised myself to start releasing at least one each week, while still creating new ones in between. No matter how much my life shifts, no matter the path I take, yoga always pulls me back. It’s engraved into my soul. I still remember one of the first things I heard during my teacher training: “Welcome back. If you are here today, it’s because you’ve been a yogi in past lives.” I felt chills run through my whole body. So here I am, once again. 🦋 haux #yogagirl #yogaflow #yoga #yogalifestyle #freeflow #yogajourney #yogaforlife #eviandyoga #viniyasaflowyogatraining #journaling by @eviandyoga
I know this profile has been a little neglected… not trying to (again) list excuses or reasons, life has just been lifing. Lately, yoga has been calling me back, and here I am. Found this video from when I spent weeks in Morocco, when yoga was my daily rhythm. The setting was perfect. The tan lines were terrible. But peace of mind was non-negotiable. Looking back, I think that was the moment I started manifesting everything I’m living now. Grateful, a grateful heart. 🤍 #YogaJourney #YogaLife #vinyasaflowyoga #MindfulLiving #BackToTheMat #InnerPeace #YogaEveryDay #SelfCareRituals #MoroccoMagic #YogaInMorocco #yogagirl #TravelMoments #WanderWithSoul #ManifestationMagic #GratefulHeart #LivingMyDreams #FromVisionToReality #AlignmentVibes by @eviandyoga

Haux haux 🔆 “If you want to awaken all of humanity, than awaken all of yourself. If you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self transformation.” Life it’s been so amazingly surprising lately… made me realize how things works in such a perfect harmony and in the right time. Nature knows, the universe knows. We just need to learn to trust it and follow our hearts. I’m beyond grateful for life and it’s opportunities. -journaling 💭- “What you seek is seeking you.” 👁 - rumi Só alegria! 🪵🌿🐍🌕🌈🪶 Ahow 🪶 by @eviandyoga
Morning funky flow ➰ There’s something magical about stepping onto my mat with no agenda, just following my body’s natural rhythm to the tunes of my favorite yoga playlist. Sun is shining and so am I 🔆 Have a blessed week amigos 🦋 #yoga #yogalifestyle #yogagirl #yogaforlife #freeflow by @eviandyoga
I LOVE free-flowing on a playful balance sequence 🤸🏽‍♀️ Going to my mat, not knowing where my body will lead me, has made me realize something important: Life has been quite hectic lately, full of changing plans. At the start of 2024, I had a clear vision of what I wanted to achieve and a solid plan to follow. Now, half the year has passed, and everything has changed. I love how my guides keep redirecting me back to my path. Initially, I resist and struggle against it, but once I surrender and trust, I can’t help but feel immensely grateful. Returning to my morning practices, exercise, spending hours reading the book I so wanted to finish, embracing slow days, healthy food, real connections, and meaningful conversations—I feel like I’m back to myself. Thank you, dear universe, for always guiding me back, grounding me, and helping me reconnect with my essence and what truly matters. I hope this message resonates with you. May you always find your way back to yourself when needed, and may you trust the process. 🩵 Happy July amigos 🦋 #yoga #yogaflow #freeflow #vinyasa #yogagirl #yogalifestyle #yogalover #yogamorocco by @eviandyoga
Chakrasana / Urdhva Dhanurasana 🕉️ our lovely 💖HEART OPENING💖 ~~~wheel~~~ 🎡 I love this asana because it always brings a sense of playfulness to the class. Is a big call to our inner child 🩷 Who used to do this as a 👧🏽🧒🏾? Is not only fun, the wheel pose also brings benefits such as: •Improves spinal flexibility •Increases strength •Tones Abdominal Muscles •Activates the Heart Chakra •Is said to be uplifting because it opens up your heart and chest, helping you breathe deeper. *Is also believed to stimulate the adrenal glands.* •Also offers a deep stretch for the chest and shoulder muscles, as well as the hip flexors. It also strengthens the hamstrings and spinal extensors. *•May improve blood glucose levels among people with type 2 diabetes. A recent study found that backbends reduced hemoglobin A1c levels in people with diabetes.* - Among other benefits :) *Ps.: An individual suffering from a cardiac ailment must avoid performing this yoga pose.* by @eviandyoga
