Laws of High Vibration Energy ⚡️

When you enter a room your Energy speaks before you talk🏆

I learned this: People don’t remember what you said. They remember how you made them FEEL.

→ Your vibe is your resume
→ Energy is contagious - you infect rooms
→ Not everyone deserves access to your energy
→ Meditation, exercise , clean food = higher frequency
→ You can’t fake energy
→ Your energy ripples beyond you

Protect it. Raise it. Share it. ✅

At 11:11 on 1/11/2026 = 1/11/1 🙏🏆

*What started yesterday — 1/11/1 at 11:11 PM:*

An 11-day era: Nov 1 → Nov 11.

1 = You lead (new 9-year cycle)
11 = You feel (intuition takes over)
Last 1 = Old ends

*One line for your audience to understand karma/dharma:*

Yesterday at 11:11 PM we left Karma — repeating the same lesson — and entered Dharma — living your purpose.

Nov 1 = declared it. Nov 11 = build it.

1/11/1 at 11:11 PM TONIGHT 🔢🏆

1/11/2026 = 1/11/1
2026 = 2+0+2+6=10=1

MEANING:

1 = SUN. Leader. You start new 9-year cycle today.
IMPORTANCE: You stop waiting. You initiate.

11 = MASTER 11. Rarest number. Intuition loud.
IMPORTANCE: You feel before it happens. Trust it today.

1 (from 2026) = KARMA CLOSES.
IMPORTANCE: Old loop ends if you decide. Today.

11:11 = MIRROR CODE.
IMPORTANCE: At 11:11 PM thoughts manifest 10x faster.

At 11:11 PM tonight = 1/11/1 at 11:11
4 layers of 1. Double Master 11. Once a year.

Why I Never Stop Learning ✨ | From Burnout to Balance & Stress Management

As a Life Coach, my commitment is to show up as my best self for my clients.

That’s why being part of the Continuous Education Forum at the Jay Shetty School of Life & Success Coaching is so important to me.

Events like this allow me to continuously polish my techniques, deepen my knowledge, and learn tools that I can directly transmit and put into practice during sessions with my coachees.

*Honored to participate and share with great coaches worldwide — great minds doing great things together to make this planet a better place.*

This forum: *Coaching Burnout and Stress Management*
Guided by Master Coach Rebecca — Growing Knowledge and Community.

Content - Topics:
🫁 *Conscious Breathing — Box 4-4-4-4:* to restore calm and focus in moments of stress
🌿 *Grounding 5-4-3-2-1:* to bring us back to the present when overwhelm appears

These are not just concepts. They are tools I now carry into my coaching room to support you.

Thank you Coach Rebecca for hosting this powerful event. We appreciate your vision & dedication.

You don’t chase. You align. ✨

What is meant for you
doesn’t need you to force it.

It needs you to be ready.

Let it flow. Like rain.
