What if the donor sperm you used to create embryos came with hidden risks — and you found out after the fact?

That’s what happened to Eve.

She froze embryos while facing breast cancer, and trusted the system to protect her.

But the call she got after? It’s the kind no would-be parent ever wants to hear.

🎧 Secrets We Keep: By Any Means Australia’s fertility system and what it means for families. You can hear Eve’s full story in Episode 4 of the podcast.

2026 has been a huge year for us at Awakened Lifestyles. Our team spends so much of their time and energy holding space for others, supporting our clients to navigate life’s challenges, deepen their self-awareness and create meaningful change in their lives.

And while we absolutely love the work we do, it’s been such a full year that we haven’t had nearly enough time to connect, reflect and simply be together as a team.

So a few weeks back, it felt particularly special and important to step away from the business for an afternoon dedicated to just that.

We began with yin yoga and a beautiful sound healing @assemblybyaiko followed by some time to unwind @thebathhousegroup , before finishing the afternoon with an early dinner at @hellenika .

An afternoon to slow down, connect as a team, not just professionally but personally, and simply enjoy each other’s company outside of the work we do every day.

Ten years into the Awakened Lifestyles journey, I feel incredibly proud to lead this business and to be doing work that I believe in so deeply.

But more than anything, I’m grateful for the people who make it all possible - our incredible coaches. Em, Tracey and Hayley, thank you for the passion, presence, commitment and heart you bring to our clients and to Awakened Lifestyles. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Here’s to more deep chats, more laughter, more slowing down and more moments like these in 2027. 🤍 by @evolvewitheve

Something pretty special happened this week, and I think it’s fair to say the whole team at Awakened Lifestyles has been blown away. 🤍

One of our clients, Greg @acquirestrategicaccounting started working with Coach Em a couple of months ago. He’s been so blown away by the changes within himself, how he feels, and the impact on his life and business that he reached out wanting to do something incredibly generous.

He wants to gift TWO people a six-week Inner Work Intensive with Awakened Lifestyles, each valued at over $2,500. Completely gifted. 🤍

Each program includes six weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, plus access to the full content of our flagship 12-month Immersion program in our app.

If you’ve been thinking about doing this work but money, time, fear or not knowing where to start has held you back, maybe this is your sign to reach out.

Simply email enquiries@awakenedlifestyles.com.au with the subject GIFTED INNER WORK and a couple of dot points about why now might be the right time for you.

That’s it. Nothing long or perfectly written.

We’ll keep this open for 48 hours. We’ll read every email, and I may call a few people for a quick chat. Everyone will receive an email response, and we’ll confirm the two recipients by COB this Wednesday 21st October.

There are only two places, so if it’s not you this time, please keep following along. Maybe this was the little nudge you needed, and when the time feels right, I know we’ll connect. 🤍

And Greg, if you’re reading this, I’m blown away by you and your generosity. From me, Em and the whole team at Awakened Lifestyles, thank you.

There’s something really beautiful about experiencing change in your own life and wanting to give that opportunity to someone else. I know, I am living this.

I’m away on school holidays with the kids, and I’ve had a bit of a realisation. I think I’ve f*cked up.

I feel like I may have been letting perfect get in the way of good, and in the process, I may have let some of you down.

There’s clearly a financial pinch happening right now. People are thinking much more carefully about where they spend their money and what they’re able to commit to. And yet, the need for help hasn’t gone anywhere.

People are still struggling with stress, overwhelm, relationships, financial pressure, parenting, grief, drug and alcohol misuse, burnout, career uncertainty and the same patterns that keep showing up. Life is still life-ing.

For more than 10 years, we’ve known our deepest and most sustainable results come from doing Inner Work over time. That’s why our flagship Inner Work Immersion is 12 months, and I still wholeheartedly believe in it.

But if someone isn’t in a position to commit to six or twelve months right now, that doesn’t mean we can’t help them.

Over the past month, I’ve made a few exceptions for referrals and existing connections and welcomed them into a 6-Session Inner Work Intensive instead. And I thought... why am I only making this available to some people?

So we’re opening it up to everyone.

Six 1:1 sessions with one of our Inner Work Coaches, focused on one thing that’s really impacting your life right now. And as a bonus, for the six weeks you’ll also have access to our full flagship 12-Month Inner Work Immersion program via our app.

Your relationship. Anxiety. Work. Parenting. Burnout. Grief. A difficult decision. A pattern you keep repeating.

Bring us the problem.

Is six sessions the same as 12 months? No. But can it help you understand what’s going on underneath, interrupt a pattern and start creating change? Absolutely.

We have a few spots opening up with Coach Em and Coach Hayley. If you know you need some help, send us a DM and I’ll personally give you a call to see if we can help.

Good Morning Caba ☀️
@anthonynoud by @evolvewitheve

For most of my life, I didn’t know how to stop.

I was an over-functioner. Always busy, always doing. I was working in the property industry, studying, going to the gym, running, socialising, partying (a lot), organising or planning what was next.

I was always physically doing something. My mind was constantly racing, it ran my life, and I listened to everything it told me. I literally never stopped, and I don’t think I truly allowed myself to feel much.

I thought it was normal until I started Inner Work. Six months later, at 34, I found a lump in my breast and was diagnosed with breast cancer, which forced me to truly and finally stop.

Work felt never-ending. I lived project to project, focused on the next deadline or problem. I didn’t even understand what presence was, so I certainly wasn’t present in my own life.

I also didn’t really understand my values. I was living based on what I thought I should be doing, what success should look like and what I should want.

What I understand now is that so much of my busyness was a way of never having to sit still or sit with myself. I was constantly striving, but never really arriving.

Inner Work helped me understand what was driving me. So much of it was fear. Fear of being out of control. Fear of not being enough.

Once I could see that and understand what genuinely mattered to me, I could make different decisions and start building a life around my values.

My life is still full. I still have a busy mind. I will always have work to do on myself. Life still lives me.

Inner Work didn’t give me a perfect life. It gives me the ability to continuously create a life that feels true to me, and the tools to navigate whatever life throws my way.

This is the work we do in our flagship Inner Work Immersion program.. helping you understand yourself, what’s driving you, what truly matters to you and how you want to live.

If your life looks right on paper but doesn’t quite feel right to you, maybe it’s worth exploring why. Send us a DM to start a conversation.

You may have been following Ant or me for years, maybe for even the better part of a decade, and you still find yourself wondering:

But what can they actually help me with?

Fair question 🙋‍♀️ so I’m going to spell it out for you here..

At Awakened Lifestyles we work with ambitious people who want to create more success in their lives, without sacrificing their inner peace.

But in real life, that means people come to us when they’re struggling with things like:

• Stress, overwhelm and burnout
• Relationship or marriage struggles, including separation or divorce
• Anxiety, overthinking and a busy mind
• Anger, reactivity or difficulty managing emotions
• Unhealthy habits or patterns they can’t seem to change
• Perfectionism and the pressure to constantly achieve
• People pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
• Career dissatisfaction or major career transitions
• Low confidence or self-worth
• Parenting challenges
• Grief and loss
• Feeling lost, stuck or disconnected
• Feeling successful on the outside, but unhappy on the inside

Maybe you’ve reached a point where you know something needs to change and that there’s more to life than the way you’re currently experiencing it.

That’s where Inner Work comes in.

We help you move through, process and heal from what’s holding you back, so you can create the life you truly want and deserve.

If you recognise yourself somewhere in this list, maybe it’s time to have a conversation.

Send us a DM and lets start a conversation.

Let us help.

One of the best parts of my week…

Something you may not know about Awakened Lifestyles is that when you enquire about coaching, you speak directly with me.

Whilst I'm the Co-Founder and Director of Awakened Lifestyles, one of the best parts of my week is still speaking with existing clients and taking new client enquiry calls.

I've tried handing these calls over to staff members in the past, but there's a reason I always end up taking them back.

I genuinely love these conversations. I know how much courage it can take to ask for help, and I want every person who reaches out to feel safe, heard and understood from the very first phone call. We're also incredibly careful about who we bring into Awakened Lifestyles and which coach we match each person with.

When you speak with me, I want to understand what's happening in your life, what you're struggling with, what you'd like to change and where you want to go. From there, I can help determine whether our work is right for you and, importantly, which of our Inner Work Coaches is best placed to support you.

Having worked closely with our team of coaches over the past decade, I know their strengths, their experience and the people they do their best work with. I genuinely love connecting the right client with the right coach.

For me, this isn't about filling coaching spots. It's about making sure that when someone chooses to invest in themselves, we genuinely believe we can support them to create the change they're looking for.

If you've been following Awakened Lifestyles or me for a while and wondering whether this work might be right for you, let's have a conversation.

I'd love to hear what's happening for you, where you'd like to go and whether we're the right people to support you.

Enquire via the link in our bio, send us a DM, or call me on 0406 651 860.
