You can’t lose if you never quit. You only fail if you stop, you only truly fail if you let the odds beat you. Continue to be inspired and thrive.

Backstory: 2 years ago on July 1st, 2024, I committed to my fitness journey of intentionally working out 4-5 times a week no matter what. I made it to 1 year and 3 months CONSISTENTLY.

Towards mid September 2025, I started to spiral and lose my momentum and gain a lot of weight, more than I ever have before. My energy got low and it was hard to find my rhythm consistently again.

I would workout for a week and then I would stop for a few weeks and then try to pick back up but nothing sticked.

It wasn’t until recently when I took a hard look in the mirror and noticed I didn’t like what I saw, no one around me shamed me, in fact they loved the new weight on me, but I didn’t like how I felt physically.

More stiff and bloated and lacking discipline. And as I noticed July 1st started to roll around again, I had to get back to MY WHY‼️

Why did I start in the first place and what transformations did I receive over the past year(s) from it all. I’m not a failure because I didn’t completely quit and I am grateful to start again and GO HARDER!
