Made this one for a family member. What do u think?

Fun fact: this was my first ‘big’ painting and my second try at landscape. It was quite a learning journey but I’m glad with how it turned out 😊

Throwback to museumnacht 🎨✨ by @exploringnrgs

‘Somewhere only we know’ 🖼️

Backstory: This was my very first attempt at landscape. Kind of a happy accident, as I was actually painting over another idea I felt like changing. While trying to paint the canvas white again. I noticed with every white stroke, a new picture forming. Which eventually got me to realizing this current picture on the canvas 😄.

So I stepped out of my comfortzone and tried out a different style 🫣.

This was a commissioned piece for a family member. But also my first big painting and 2nd try at landscape. I must say I’m pretty happy (and surprised) with how it turned out haha! There’s definitely room for improvement, but I think this is a good start and I learned a lot during the process 🫶🏽.

Swipe for some close ups ➡️

Haven’t been very active on here for a while, but I’ll be posting more paintings soon!🤞🏽

In the meantime here’s a little something I put down on paper somewhere in 2021. Just an (intense?) expression 🤔.

What comes up for you when you look at this? 🫧
