With fall sports wrapping up now is the time to look at the areas you can improve in! Maybe it’s your first step explosiveness, maybe it’s reaction time, or maybe it’s a lingering injury that was never rehabbed properly. Getting set up with a personal program to work on areas you need to succeed is our goal here at EXSP! Reach out to get set up with an initial evaluation to see where you’re at and get ready to take your game to the next level in your next season! #exspnation #gamespeed #sportsperformance #agilitytraining #twitchy by @exsp_nation

Competition and coming together as a team! This offseason the focus with LD lax has been strength but working within the body and being able to control your own movements but also your opponents and using that to your advantage! This means competing amongst friends and teammates that are going to push you to be better! Working with friends and teammates not only give you that extra motivation but also give you the opportunity to bond as a team! This is only the start of the offseason for a team that is hungry to get back to the Mid-Penn Championship and make another deep run into districts and states! 🚨Another great exercise to work your reaction and hand eye coordination! This is one we started adding in to alot of our athletes programs working those fast twitch muscles fibers! How quickly can you catch, decelerate, and then reaccelerate the weight back to that starting position! You’ll see in the clips we also work this in different planes and angles to work on engaging muscles all across the body specifically the shoulder here! #exspnation #gamespeed #sportsperformance #agilitytraining #twitchy by @exsp_nation

From his first year coming in to our arm care program and his first day running a 2.62s 10yd sprint to the last day of that program running a 2.3s sprint! Advance 2.5 years and he has cut that same sprint down to a 2.15s and added almost 4’ to his vertical jump! Register today and get set up with a program that is going to get your son or daughter results that will translate on to the field come the spring! #exspnation #armcare #baseball #sportsperformance by @exsp_nation
Programs that are result driven! From the very first day our goal is getting as much information as possible on each athlete! What are their strengths, weaknesses, and what can we do to make the best possible program that will get each athlete results! The information we get each time we test the athletes then gives us as the coach a plan of what’s working and what changes we can make! Just because a program has worked in the past doesn’t mean it can be improved on! This is the program that will get you results and get you where you need to go! by @exsp_nation
From junior high wrestling to his senior year season about to get underway! Cole has been one of the most consistent athletes we have seen grow up right before our eyes! From grip strength, to explosive power, to core balance and control every aspect in Cole’s program is to make his strengths stronger and the areas that need work better than the previous season! Cole is ready for a big last season and ready to lead his squad this year! #exspnation #earthstrong #unsoft #sportsperformancetraining by @exsp_nation
