Dedication to cancer season coming to a close. I turned 28 on June 28th. This is my GOLDEN YEAR; new opportunities, new life experiences and new life goals. I can’t wait for you all to see what I have in store this year.

I woke up feeling beyond blessed today. As some of you may or may not know, we were saved by God himself.
I was shot 2x in knee 2 months ago, wrong place wrong time…. Crazy to think this much time has passed already.
1st bullet going through my thigh and exiting the back of my knee.
And the second one was lodged in my knee cap which shattered my knee completely. If you know, you know I already have knee problems so this was just icing on my cake. They told me, when everything happened my kneecap was already out of place - which means my recovery process is going to be harder and longer. Currently I had 3 pins and a plate. I’m am currently on the road to recovery and healing.
I’m am currently relearning how to walk again, learning how to go up stairs, relearning how to sit in a chair & in a car properly. But most importantly I’m trying to get back to me. Of course I’m human and I have dark days & some days are easy for me. I feel like I’m in a constant battle with myself and trying to get back to “normal life” even while being extremely traumatized.
This incident how showed & taught me a lot - regarding my faith in God, those who I can truly relay on even at my weakest moments, and also realizing that I am stronger than I thought. I just want to thank those of you who have helped me through this. I want to thank those of you who checked in on me. I want to thank those who have reached out & sent their prayers. I want to thank those of you who have stopped by to see me.
I want to send a special thanks to my family and friends - yall have continued to support me through this process and keeping me and my life sacred.
Last but not least, I want to thank God and give him nothing but glory and praise. This just goes to show God does NOT play about me, I am beyond blessed and highly favored.
No weapons formed against me shall prosper.
This too shall pass.. by @eyeveey_

Justice for Nolan 🖤 by @eyeveey_

It’s been a LONG week 😅
I just praise God for getting me through each and every day.
Hearing you asked granny if I was coming days prior. Hearing everybody saying you were waiting on me and asking about me. I talked to you Thursday night and told you just hold on, one more day and I’ll be there Friday morning. See your face spark up when I came in that hospital room, I’ll never forget it. To have you hold my hands & you tell me that they were so warm. To have you look at me on last time & we both know that it was our last go round.
Pawpaw, I am so grateful and thankful to have someone like you as a grandfather.
You are the man of men. A real stand up MAN. The true definition. I’ve learned so much about you in this past week it’s crazy to hear that you’ve always been THAT GUY. And everyone who showed up had told and shown the love you’ve given to us.
You are truly one of one. And I’m going to miss you so much Mr.Braxton.
Please keep my grandma and my family in your prayers 🫂🥲
- See you later Sir ❤️ by @eyeveey_
