❤️💙 Tomorrow is Gia’s last day with F45 Laveen💙❤️

Managing two studios while juggling life as a mom of three and a dog mom is no small task! Gia has handled so much behind the scenes and has been part of the growth of our studio along the way.

Thank you, Gia, for the time and energy you’ve given to F45 Laveen. We wish you all the best in whatever comes next! ❤️💙

Help us wish Gia well on her next chapter! 👏 by @f45_training_laveen

September attendance receipts are IN 👀🔥

Some of y’all clearly live here… and honestly, we respect it. 😂💪
Big shoutout to our Top 10 Men & Women for consistently showing up, putting in the work, and making those class counts look slightly unhinged. 💪😂

And to our 18-class honorable mentions — SO close to cracking the Top 10! 👀👏

Keep showing up, keep working, and most importantly… keep giving us something to be nosy about when those attendance numbers come in. 😂🔥 by @f45_training_laveen
