Mr. October 🔥🔥 congratulations @purelly you are one of the best!! Always listening when Coach @katiethekiwi tells you to grab heavier weights 😂

Here’s why Chris loves the gym so much 😉

“I was looking to start a fitness program, and my friend Dana said, “Come try F45.” Two years later, it’s become part of my weekly routine. Honestly, the reason I keep coming back is the people: the members and the amazing coaches. They make me want to show up, class after class.”

We are so proud of you!!! by @f45_training_sanclemente

Congratulations to @gibgabbbbb she is our September member of the month! She works so hard when she’s in here and has the best attitude 🙌🏻 Here’s what she has to say about her f45 experience

F45 SC is my fam!!! I’m so grateful for a community of coaches and workout pals that make me stronger and better, and always manage to put a smile on my face.

I can always count on leaving this gym feeling like I’ve gotten a killer workout in that I genuinely enjoyed.

So much love for them🫶🏻!!! by @f45_training_sanclemente

🚨Congratulations to our member of the month Larry!🚨

Thank you for working hard and being such a great part of the community 🎉🎉

Here’s what Larry had to say about F45 .

F45 is the best group workout that I’ve ever done. The combination of resistance, hybrid and cardio workouts are perfect for achieving my fitness goals. My VO2 max increased 6 points since I started just a couple months ago. I highly recommend giving it a shot. Plus, the San Clemente location is a blast. The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, funny and take a personal interest in getting to know you, helping you achieve your goals and feel welcome. The members are also awesome. A great mix of all levels of fitness and skill. by @f45_training_sanclemente
