@fabianshench With another year still left in the Sub Juniors, (and after a couple of tough competitions this year) he had the day he deserves and brought the World Title home to 🇬🇧 A young man who has been my client since he started competing - he has taken on board all of the guidance, trusted the plan and the process, and committed to being his best both in and outside of training. He has worked so hard, deserves this result, and I (and many others who have helped him on the way) are immensely proud of him. This is only the beginning 💪 by @fabianshench
310kg squat 2 weeks before competing at the world championships in Sun City, South Africa. This is -7.5kg from my best squat in training. Here i am 17 years old and my personal weight is 98.6kg. #powerlifting #sbd #equippedpowerlifting @titanpower81 by @fabianshench
Into the world championships. Body weight here is 98.5kg. Learned mistakes and fixed issues from euros and looking forward to add to this at worlds, deadlift WR isn’t far off too! #powerlifting #17yo #sbd #equippedpowerlifting #worldrecord by @fabianshench
personal weight : ~96.5kg throughout this prep. need to fill out weight class 😅. it was a good prep although the competition didn’t go as planned, but now i know what to fix and improve. the deadlift world record will be broken this year. #powerlifting #worldrecord #gym #sbd #17yo by @fabianshench
it’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when. onto the world championships and will work harder until then. #powerlifting #sbd #ipf #worldrecord #deadlift by @fabianshench
just got to do it off the floor now 🕺🕺, it is coming closer and closer and i wanted to have a feel of it before i turn 17. #powerlifting #16yo #sbd #ipf #deadlift by @fabianshench
Last week at the national championship was a heartbreak and had problems with my deadlift where i fell backwards, however @weightykate and i managed to fix the issue. The world record deadlift is coming closer and closer and it’s good to know i can pull 300 on any given day still being fatigued from competing last week. Next stop, european championships. #322.5 #worldrecord #ipf #powerlifting #deadlift by @fabianshench
300.5kg deadlift at 16 years old. My bodyweight here is 95.1kg and this is -22kg off the current world record #powerlifting #16yo #sbd #equippedpowerlifting #ipf by @fabianshench
