This is one of my favorite transformations because we have the most simple home care routine EVER @facerealityskincare

She has a very finicking type of pustular rosacea that can flare up almost overnight from stress or the wrong products and has been clear for months!

Her dedication to treatments, all of our conversations figuring it out, making lifestyle adjustments, doing her full routine even though she’s working long hours as a doctor, I’m in awe of this one🥲😍
Treatments typically looked like very gentle enzymes, face reality peels, glacials, light therapy. Being gentle got us here 🤍

Acne awareness month makes me emotional 🥺
The grip acne can have on your mental health is sabotage! Learning to let go, and trust that it will work it out is soooo important ❤️
Tips for healing from acne stress ⬇️
✨Let go and let your skincare work. Understand that products take time to show results.. it will be worth it!
✨It’s okay to talk about your skin. Find a specialist and tell them how you really feel! We’re here to help you through the bad days
✨Don’t compare yourself to everyone you see! Acne comes for us at different times..just because they’re clear now doesn’t mean they’ve never experienced acne or never will
✨Make your routine a positive experience with positive affirmations
✨Spend time with people who love you
✨Have fun and show up anyways ! by @facedbymmm
