❄️ Winter Wonderland is coming! ❄️ Our signature event, the one that started Face-to-Face Colorado, is back. Every year, our favorite moment is looking around the room and seeing kids playing together while parents swap stories with people who truly get it. There’s something special about sharing space with families who’ve walked your same path. We’ll bring the fun. Thank you to everyone who made it out for our annual Summer Picnic, presented by Children’s Hospital Colorado! @childrenscolo It was a super fun day for kids with #cleftlip and/ #cleftpalate and the people who love them to connect, play, and share in the cleft journey. Happy Cleft & Craniofacial Awareness Month! We hope you can find ways to celebrate this month: share your story, photos, and experiences and promote our collective #cleftpride. Face-To-Face Colorado is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with cleft lip and/or palate and the people who love them. Our events and programs bring together folks on similar cleft journeys to empower and connect the cleft community. Many individuals and families insist that hearing stories and getting advice from people who have walked in their shoes was one of the most powerful pieces of the cleft experience. At Face-To-Face events, you can see kids meeting others who look like them, parents sharing resources, referrals, tips and tricks, and advocates, providers and community members there to support and share the message: we are #CleftStrong! We’re here to tell stories, profile community members, promote positive representation of people with clefts, and grow our supportive community. Let's positively impact the lives of all individuals affected by cleft lip and/or palate. Enjoy the month!
