i’ve always felt deeply connected to the night, especially lately, during a period of introspection, solitude, reflection and awakening. Nightwalker comes from that place. It’s a reflection of my journey through music and especially through techno. What once was simply something I listened to has become a language, a refuge, and a way of feeling alive. I often think of music as a remedy. A small balm for the cruelty and uncertainty of the world we live in. When everything feels broken and hope seems increasingly difficult to hold onto, music reminds me that there is still something capable of moving us beyond ourselves. And i feel very lucky to experience that. I know many others do too… The inspiration behind Nightwalker came from a simple image: a forest at night. At some point in my life, I found myself standing at the entrance of a forest, alone, with no idea what was waiting on the other side. I never thought I would walk in. But I did. Somehow, that became a metaphor. Nightwalker is about entering the darkness without knowing where it leads. Facing uncertainty, walking into the unknown, getting lost, finding your way, and eventually realizing you were never simply trying to escape the darkness — you were learning to move through it. I decided to submit Nightwalker to the @vault_sessions ADE contest. It felt like the right moment to put this journey into sound. There is also something very personal about the possibility of playing this set at @tillatec The first time I walked into Tillatec, two years ago, something changed in the way I understood techno. It opened a door into a world I would continue exploring. To return now would feel like coming back to where part of the journey began. And knowing Tillatec will sadly close its doors later this year makes it even more meaningful. Perhaps Nightwalker is ultimately about that: returning to the darkness, not as the same person who entered it before, but as someone who has learned to walk through it. full set on SoundCloud — link in bio. wish me luck 💌 see you in the night… — Faisal Kasmi music from: @luigi.tozzi.music @artefaktofficial @_polygonia_ @deepbasslive @claudioprc @altinbas.t @martinou3000 by @faisalkasmi
Yesterday was my birthday, and I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate it than recording the set I’m submitting for the Vault Sessions Collective Contest. From the beginning, I knew the journey I wanted to create: a patient and evolving warm-up set that slowly builds towards the ritual to come. This set is also inspired by the three collectives coming together on July 25th, each one bringing its own identity to create something unique. I hope some of that atmosphere comes across, because there’s a lot of time, care and love behind this hour of music. I’ve been following Vault Sessions for years. It’s not just a collective I admire, it has shaped the way I understand club culture and the dancefloor, and that inspiration has naturally found its way into sets like this one. This weekend feels especially meaningful to me. Seeing @vault_sessions , @in.di.go_wax_mt and @symbole.community sharing the same lineup feels truly special. That’s because i also have a deep appreciation for @symbole.community , having been part of many of their nights on the dancefloor since last year and experiencing first-hand the energy and identity they have built. They have also been one of my sources of inspiration, and having the opportunity to open one of their nights would honestly be a huge honour. Having the chance to make my debut at Radion Amsterdam on such a meaningful occasion would mean the world to me. Being able to contribute, even in a small way, to these collectives that have inspired me for so long would be something truly special. Music from @ness_tgp , @artefaktofficial , @exium , @yoggisadj , @cncpt__ , @renewise , @luigi.tozzi.music , @kontinum.lpz , @evigt_morker , @nachtwaker_ and more… 🫶🏻 I won’t lie, I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity, and now all I can do is hope luck is on my side. The full set is available on YouTube and SoundCloud!!! — links are in my bio. Thank you to everyone who supports me and to everyone who takes the time to listen. I truly appreciate every minute you give to my music. 💜✨ — Faisal Kasmi by @faisalkasmi

No tengo respuestas. ✨ by @faisalkasmi
SET I - Open ur eyes. 💘 #hardgroove #hardgroovetechno #techno #technomusic #technoart by @faisalkasmi
