As you can imagine, this card represents the epilogue in tarot symbolism, and than the finish of the second volume of the narrative Kaisagi set. The final result is truly beautiful and that it has told a continuous journey well across the two volumes from beginning to end. ✨ I really hope you all enjoyed them, and sorry for the spoilers here too. 🥺

These are probably the best shots from the entire set, the most powerful and communicative 🔥 It might be a spoiler for those who are following the anime and not the manga 🙈 but for the second part the aesthetic references chosen were clearly linked to the fall of the emperor, and therefore in this case, obviously Kaiser. The process of fall has a precise narrative: at first it's almost exciting and stimulating, but then you have to deal with the reality of the facts. The awareness that your world has shattered, that hope doesn't exist, that something inside has died forever. Yet death is only something from which new life is always reborn, even for the two of them.✨

AAAAAAAH so happy to have mirrored the most famous reference of them 😭🙏🏻 Choosing the tarot symbolism to tell the narrative behind Kaisagi was quite clear since since Kaneshiro's references in the manga and the roles of many characters are clearly connected to the Major Arcana cards ✨ there are more references than it seems, these two cards are the most explicit and linked to the two of them but it was fun to choose the right card for each situation that represents them 🙂‍↕️
