OWNER✨DR. MONICA JAMASI HBSc, DC, MS

Dr. Jamasi is passionate about helping patients discovering the underlying reasons for their "unexplained symptoms".

She helps patients that have digestive problems, thyroid issues, headaches/migraines, fatigue/low energy, chronic pain, PCOS/infertility, hormone imbalances, stubborn weight, anxiety, depression, and much more.

She combines her clinical expertise in neuro-musculoskeletal medicine and functional medicine to identify the root causes of your symptoms and treats it naturally using spinal manipulation, personalized nutrition plans, targeted pharmaceutical-grade supplements, and lifestyle modification to help your body achieve optimal health.

She utilizes many specialized clinical tests to get to the root cause of your ailments. Among her tools of choice are customized blood test panels, urine analysis, advanced hormone testing, and DNA-based stool analysis.

Dr. Jamasi graduated summa cum laude from the Master of Science in Human Nutrition program and magna cum laude from Doctor of Chiropractic program from University of Bridgeport. Dr. Jamasi also received advanced training by serving as an intern within the Chase Wellness Community Health Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She has participated in the Sports Outreach Programs providing care to many college athletes in New York City as well. Prior to her doctorate program, she received her Bachelor of Science by completing an honors degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from University of Toronto in Canada. She is currently preparing to take her exam for the Certified Nutrition Specialist Program with expected date of completion at the end of summer 2023.

Besides a clinician, Dr. Jamasi is also a mother of two lovely boys, a wife, and an entrepreneur. She enjoys strength training, cooking healthy foods and desserts. Most importantly, she loves spending quality time with her sweet husband and boys.

✨Every end marks a new beginning✨

Don’t step into the new year with a cleanse or a diet!

Instead start the new year with making healthier choices and changing your lifestyle.

Here are a few tips to start with:

1. Reduce refined sugar

2. Reduce packaged foods/snacks

3. Reduce sugary drinks - instead make fresh juices at home or simply have water flavored with fresh fruits.

4. Avoid these oils
- Corn oil
- Soybean oil
- Vegetable oil
- Sunflower oil
- Safflower oil
- Cottonseed oil

You don’t have to do everything all at once. Make one change at a time.
