Packing up Off Duty for his new home. 🧸💙 It means so much when someone connects with my art and chooses to collect a piece. Thank you for supporting my work and being part of this journey with me. I’m grateful for every order. 🥹✨ by @farrenlashea

There’s power in trusting your own vision. I’m learning to stand behind mine. 🎨✨ by @farrenlashea

Coloring helped bring me back to art when my creativity was nowhere to be found. I didn’t have to figure out what to create. I could just pick a color, fill a space, and let myself enjoy making something again. Little by little, I found my way back. 🎨

That’s why I want to offer some of my artwork as coloring sheets; especially “I Choose Me.” You get to color your way and add your own affirmations: words you need to hear, things you’re learning to believe about yourself, promises you want to keep to yourself.

A little space to create, pour into yourself, and remember that you get to choose you. 💛

Soft, bold, sensual, powerful!
I have room for every part of me. 👑✨

“Sovereign” celebrates a woman who belongs to herself. A woman who decides who she is, honors what she needs, and gives herself permission to show up fully.

If she resonates with you, bring that reminder into your own space. Shop Sovereign prints at farrenlashea.com. ✨ by @farrenlashea

And it feels good!!! by @farrenlashea

Sovereign is about belonging to yourself. Trusting your voice, honoring your choices, and knowing your worth before anyone else acknowledges it.

I stopped painting.

Between the stress of motherhood, marriage, and struggling with my mental health, I was depleted. Even when I had a little time, I didn’t have the energy or creativity left to put anything on a canvas.

I missed painting. I missed the part of me that had something to say through it.

So now, I’m making time. Making space. Giving myself permission to spend some of my energy on something that belongs to me.

Art is how I express what I can’t always explain. It’s where I hear myself again. And I’m realizing how much power there is in that.

This is Sovereign. And painting her is part of coming back to myself.

I gave away my power. Then I called it back. 🖤 by @farrenlashea
