Steal the routine that grew my glutes 🏋🏽‍♀️📝👇🏽 simple routine but simple is sustainable & the goal is to do this for as long as possible 💪🏽 ✨the routine: •barbell hip thrust if using the bar is new, start light! 10s or 25s on each end. Use a barbell pad so the bar isn’t digging into your hips lol. •kb sumo RDL Rdls ROCK but what rocks even more is switching up the variation of RDL you’re doing every couple of weeks. If one week you do narrow stance, next week do sumos! •split squat and yes a db in each hand please because we’re growing our glutes while practicing balance! •machine hip abduction 3x20 Sitting upright for the first 10 and lean forward for the final 10 :)) Save and try this for your next leg day! ✨💗💗 tag a friend who might need this routine 📝 #fitmom #legdayroutine #fitnessmotivation #workoutroutine #gluteday by @favfitchick
Beginner back day routine! <3 couple tips for back day: keep ur shoulders down, not hunched up by your ears. pull from your elbows, not your hands (you’ll feel more back and less bicep) Workout deets: Inverted Row: 2x5-8 pull to your chest. Lat pull down 3x15 keep those shoulders down, pull from elbows and squeeze ur shoulder blades together as you pull Seated row 3x10 core tight, I hinge forward to grab the handle and binge back slightly as I row to increase my range of motion Superset: 1. reverse flys 2x10 one of my fav for my back and rear delts. lean forward and flyyy 2. alternating forward raise 2x10 single arm curls w iso hold 2x10 each arm while one arm curls, the other is in an isometric curl hold. harder than it looks and yea don’t skip curls because strong biceps will help you in just about every other lift!!! saaave & try for ur next back day <33 #backroutine #backdayforbeginners #workoutroutine #fitmom #backday by @favfitchick
the routine behind the physique 👇🏽📝 I aim to lift 4x a week. 3 leg days + 1 solid upper body day. this is what works for ME, save & see if it might work for you too 💪🏽 Monday- quads & glutes Tuesday- upper body (back, chest, shoulders & arms) Wednesday- glutes Thursday/- core & cardio (sometimes I do this from home) Friday- hamstrings & glutes Every leg day I hit my core 4 glute movements (refer to the reel with the only 4 movements you need to grow glutes) as well as 1-2 isolating exercises for whichever muscle group I’m targeting (quads or hamstrings) Save for later & follow for full workout routines! 💗✨ #gymgirl #fitnessroutine #beginnergymtips #workoutroutine #fitmom by @favfitchick

2 nonnegotiable exercises for back day especiallyyyy if you want that deep sexy line down your back 🫦 My first 5 years of lifting I would start EVERY back day with these two exercises. You can do it regular (3x10-15) or you can do pyramid sets. I do these to stimulate progressive overload 📝 ✨Lat pull down & Seated row machine✨ 3x15x12x10. Increasing the weight 5-10lbs each set 🔥 I’ll share the full workout on Monday! 💗 follow for full workouts & gym girl tips 🏋🏽‍♀️ #backdayworkout #backdayexercises #backroutine #momswholift by @favfitchick

Can’t gatekeep a quad killer routine like this! 🫰🏽💗🏋🏽‍♀️ This routine is heavily unilateral, which means it works one leg at a time to fix muscle imbalances while crushing your quads and glutes. 🔥 workout deets: • Front Squat (or Goblet Squat modify) 3 sets x 8 reps • Single Leg Hip Thrust 3 sets x 15 reps (+ hold the final rep of each set until it burns) • Single Leg RDL 3 sets x 12 reps • Hip Abduction 3 sets x 15 reps • 🔥 SUPERSET: Single Leg Extension (3x10) + Walking Lunges (3x20) Saaave this for your next session 🔒 happy Monday fit friends! 💗 #legdayroutine #quadworkout #momswholift #workoutroutine #gymgirl by @favfitchick

One of favorite back day supersets 👇🏽 If you’re a beginner in the gym, the cables should be your best friend on back day! 🔥 Superset deets: 1️⃣ Straight-Arm Pulldowns (A lat pull down variation, great for lats, fixing posture & a deep line in your back) 2️⃣ Cable Face Pulls (My fav movement for strong shoulders & upper back) 3 sets of 10-15 reps each, going straight from one exercise to the next w/o rest. 🔒 Save this for your next gym day! #backworkout #posturefix #backday #beginnerworkout #momswholift by @favfitchick
routines that work smarter > the movements don’t need to be complex, you just need to be consistent & train with intensity. workout deets: •deficit single leg glute bridge 3x12 (The step isn’t necessary but will give u more range of motion & more glute engagement) •sumo deadlift 3x8 heavy pls!!! •deficit reverse lunge 3x12 the front leg is the working leg, focus your weight on it. •hip abduction 3x20 sit upright & start with a heavier weight, lower the weight each set and give yourself a very minimal rest time between sets (20-30s) Follow for routines that actually work 💖 #momswholift #legdayroutine #beginnerlegday #workoutsforbeginners #fitnessmotivation by @favfitchick
