10 years in business ✨🥂 What a milestone, when I first opened in Amsterdam, it was among one of the first Pilates reformer studios there. Now, 10 years later they are everywhere. It’s amazing to see how much Pilates has grown. After years of studying I got a job teaching in a place called Hilversum outside Amsterdam. Then after teaching a while , A shop in a gorgeous community where we lived became available, I took a gamble at 26 years old didn’t know alot of people here didn’t have support of friends or family, but the risk took off and soon my classes were waitlisted with people visiting all over Amsterdam & outside. I feel proud that I created this space on my own, I would work 7 days a week morning and night , I had no investors, just my vision and it came to life. 🥂🤍 now I have a fantastic team who help me to keep everything running smoothly feel so grateful to have some teachers & clients still with us from the very start ✨ thankful to all our clients for choosing us ✨ #pilates #pilatesamsterdam #pilatesreformer by @fayepilates
Today was all about the small muscle groups, posture work & lengthening exercises. There is nothing more beautiful than a woman with great posture 😍🫶✨ #posture #personaltrainerdubai #dubaipilates #dubai #pilatesdubai by @fayepilates
