Cultivating fullness and community around the world, we bring our abundance, hungers, and fulfillment to the table to Feast on life.

POSTS STORIES REELS

This homey and deeply grounding dinner inspired us with hungers for everything from justice to financial freedom and nourishment found in the feelings of belonging and joy available to us in the present moment ❤️

Special thanks to our gracious host @annah_mason_ and convening catalyst @christinelai21 for bringing together this very special group of humans in Santa Fe New Mexico.

We’ll be sharing more dinners coming up, inspiring moments from them and our facilitators and hosts as we reawaken our capacity to Feast on the fullness of life in these times and find community and connection with which to move toward fulfillment for ourselves and each other.

Here’s your chance to get curious. Join us Thursday! (Link in bio!)

Hello friends! As we begin to peak our heads back out into the world, we wanted to share a little musing that we’ve been doing on the theme of Wonder and Fear.

It’s one thing to say that 2020 is over and everything is new. But the reality is a lot happened - good and bad. Instead of just jumping into sky is the limit dreaming, we may need to contend with uncertainties, unknown, even fear.

So for this month, we’ll be exploring the theme of Wonder + Fear. The two are often part of the same coin - the vastness that makes one feel small, can be the same that paralyzes.

So what is wonder? How do we find (or create) it? How do we move through fear to it?

These are the kinds of themes we’ll be exploring this month through all sorts of conversations and content with people from our community.

We can’t wait to share more with you on the topic. And if you have something you’d like to share, get in touch!

Happy New Year! This year was unbelievably everything - terrible, wonderful, disconnecting, connecting with what’s most important, things died, new things were birthed and so. much. changed.

Our hearts go out to all of those who have struggled. Who have lost loved ones, jobs, and so much more. But we are here, holding space in community with and for you like never before.

This was the year The Feast came back in earnest. We started holding space exactly to reconnect with what matters most - you. We came back in earnest, hosting dinners to foster deep connection amidst a time of isolation, we co-created new ventures, we started gathering in new ways online...

It was year of powerful transition and transformation, which is why we love this image by @_mindfullyfresh so much.

When the caterpillar is in the cocoon/chrysalis phase, it’s entire body melts. Completely disintegrates into goop in order to be reformed. That is what 2020 felt like : a complete disintegration of everything so that something more beautiful might come to be.

While new year’s is an arbitrary date, it offers us a moment to stop and take stock of where we’ve been and where we want to be. That said, with such a big year, we’re taking a few months (at least) to reflect and dream of how to move forward.

Be gentle with yourself. Make no grand plans unless you want to. Sometimes just letting yourself melt is the way forward.

Either way, thank you for being a part of our metamorphosis. We can’t wait to take flight with you in 2021.

“Use #2020was when you post about 2020! All the notes I’ve typed(over 250 just from @subwaytherapy) and posts of people that use the hashtag will turn into a big connected global collective reflection of the year. So far @feastongood @theworldletter @strangersproj @thathousepartytho and so many others have posted something about how #2020was and invited their community to join in. You can easily share this post in your stories and use the question sticker to encourage your community to participate too!

I’ve been so moved reading all the contributions so far and I can’t believe how many people have written in. It’s going to take me forever to type all these up 😅, but I’m committed to typing every one. If you haven’t finished the sentence “2020 was...” do it in the comments and I’ll type it for you. If you already wrote in, but have more to share, keep commenting! 2020 wasn’t just one thing, so don’t limit yourself to one response.

I’m going to create a few art pieces from this series to raise money for local businesses that have been hit hardest by events in 2020, and I could use some help organizing the donation/charity side of this campaign. If you’d like to help send me a message! I could also use some volunteers to help elevate #2020was, so if have the time to help out, I would love the support.”

Join in this powerful global reflection. Post your response in the comments below or over @subwaytherapy

2020 was a profound year with a full spectrum of experiences and feelings about them. We’re about acknowledging all of them, so we’re teaming up with @subwaytherapy to create a global collective reflection on the year.

The invitation to you: finish the sentence “2020 was…”

If you post your comment below or in our stories, we’ll type it on a sticky note and share it with the world.

Otherwise you can create your own post, video, or other reflection and tag it with the hashtag #2020was to connect it to a stream of reflections.

Triumphs, challenges, and everything in between are welcome in this exercise in human expression.

Also excited to have @leahsiegel.is.here joining us for our upcoming event.

Leah Siegel is a professional musician, writer, actor & EFT Practitioner. In April of 2015 she created "Spar Cards” @sparcards a method of reconciliation for dyads, when she found herself at an impasse with her partner of nearly 4 years. He didn’t want to go to therapy, and yet, their ability to have a disagreement without hurting each other, and their inability to have important or hard discussions, was creating real suffering for them both.

The surprising development of Spar Cards, put Leah on her own path to deep healing. On the other side of such healing, she realized the true power and alchemy of her creation: self-awareness, resilience, repaired trust, & empowerment. She is trained and certified in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Access Bars and is a Reiki Practitioner. Her mission is to teach people how to heal, how to love & how to die well.

Leah will be sharing some of her powerful music on the Solstice to help us welcome in the light in this time of darkness.

Sign up for “Into the Night” at the link in our bio. 100% of proceeds goes to benefit @freefromdotorg 💛🌑✨🌌
