POSTS STORIES REELS

Still training. Still believing. Still waiting for the phone to ring. 🏈

For some athletes, the hardest part comes after their last college game when they still have more to give, but fewer people are watching.

That’s one reason I’m building Federation Sports: to help fans discover these prospects, hear their stories, and support their pursuit of a professional opportunity.

Who’s one football player you believe deserves another look? Drop their name in the comments👇 by @federation.sports

Those college letters meant everything to the kid I was. Looking back, so do the moments I never could’ve planned.

Becoming a husband and father. Returning to football with my family behind me. An injury that ended my playing career. Then getting to coach my own sons.

It’s why Federation Sports is personal. I want to create more opportunities for athletes who still have something to give this game.

To my family and everyone supporting this next chapter, thank you. 💙🏈 by @federation.sports

DAY 207. 🏈🔥 BUILDING A LEAGUE IN PUBLIC.

207 days of turning a vision into something real.

16 teams. New opportunities for overlooked athletes. A different future for football.

But we’re not just building a league. We’re building a community, and YOU are part of the story.

One day, when the first whistle blows, we want you to say, “I was here when it all started.”

We’re still building. And we want your voice involved from the beginning.

💬 If you could change ONE thing about professional football, what would it be?

You help power the game. Your voice should matter in it. 🏈

We’re building Federation Sports around the fans, with more ways to discover athletes, support prospects, and help shape a team.

Where would you want your voice heard first: team identity or Draft Night? 👇 by @federation.sports

The roster got smaller. The talent didn’t. 🏈

We’re building Federation Sports because athletes deserve more opportunities to show what they can do.

Know a player whose story isn’t finished? Tag them. 👇 by @federation.sports

Someday, someone will pull on a Rochester jersey. What should it mean to wear it? 🏈

We’re beginning to build Federation Sports’ first planned football team, and we want you involved from the start.

Rochester roots or following from across the world, your voice belongs in this conversation.

What’s one value, story, or piece of Rochester pride this team should carry? Tell us below and tell us why. 👇

London address. Rochester team. Draft Night in your living room. 🌍🏈

We’re building Federation Sports so you can discover prospects and support athletes from wherever you call home.

What city would you represent from? 👇 by @federation.sports

Two days and resistance bands. Five days and a full gym.

Different athletes. Different realities. Your development plan should reflect yours. 🏈

We’re building the Federation Sports AI Athlete Agent to use your intake information - your goals, development areas, schedule, and training access to help shape guidance around YOU.

Still in development.

What’s your biggest training challenge: TIME, EQUIPMENT, or knowing WHAT TO WORK ON? 👇 by @federation.sports

You can be consistent and still overlook the part of your game that needs the most work.

That’s the question behind the Weakness Diagnosis Engine we’re developing for the Federation Sports AI Athlete Agent: what deserves your attention next?

The goal is to use combine results, scouting scores, and performance data to help athletes identify areas to work on with their coach.

This is a development preview. Membership isn’t open yet. I’m sharing how it’s taking shape.

Athletes: what’s one part of your game you’re working hard to improve? by @federation.sports

Same couch. Different teams. ONE receiver you both want. 👀🏈

Now the group chat has entered the draft.

We’re building a Federation Sports Draft Night where Members submit Draft Credits during live rounds to support the prospects they want their team to sign.

Bring the food. Bring your football opinions. Prepare to hear about your picks all year. 😂🔥

Who’s in your Draft Night crew? Tag them below. 👇
