I graduated with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business 🎓 — grateful for the experience at one of the world’s leading business schools and everything it pushed me to become.

So much to reflect on, but I’ll keep it simple: I earned every moment, sí se puede, and I mastered it!

Thank you to everyone who supported me, inspired me, and welcomed me into their lives over the past two years.

Cheers, cheers, cheers 🥂 by @felixx.aol

These last 5 years have been… jeez, moving to 3 states, reestablishing myself in 4 different cities, to then teaching science to juggling multiple clinical research projects. What a whirlwind! But I learned so much about myself and this world. I’m still making sense of it all, but I just know there is still so much to go and so much more to learn. by @felixx.aol

Summer 2026 was hands down one of the best summers of my life. After one of the hardest chapters of my life, I made it to the other side: I danced, loved, celebrated, healed, and truly LIVED.

I’ve never felt more fulfilled, purposeful, or grateful to be alive.

What a summer. What a life. Thank You to all who made it a summer to tell. 💜 by @felixx.aol

Here’s to my first Black Pride.
Here’s to us. 🖤🏳️‍🌈 by @felixx.aol

I feel incredibly fortunate to have such amazing sailors in my life, navigating the challenges of existence together. Cheers to my chosen family, who have stood by my side, whether for just a few months or as long as 22 years. A miracle is happening right here: many of us are the first in our families to go to college, immigrants who started with nothing, rising from the bottom. This circle of friends has been featured in Forbes, Rhode Scholar, attended Ivy League schools, veterans, now in their final years of becoming physicians and lawyers, as well as successful business people, and overall just pleasant people good heart folks to be around. These folks broke all the stereotypes, and how lucky am I to have them all as good friends. Thank you for being here with me on my birthday, in spirit or in person, argh by @felixx.aol

🏳️‍🌈Being chosen as a co-chair to organize the country’s largest LGBTQ MBA conference is an honor. However, doing it alongside your MBA Besti and a team of 11 other students, all driven by a shared passion for realizing ROMBA’s mission of increasing LGBTQ representation in C-suite positions, is an entirely different and extraordinary experience🏳️‍⚧️ by @felixx.aol

Sometimes you just have to jump. To feel alive again. To wake beside friends, watch the sunrise after dancing all night, laugh with strangers in the street, charade through conversations, put the phone down, and simply be present.

Obrigado, Brasil. Obrigracias, friends. 🇧🇷 by @felixx.aol

The past three months have been a dream. I studied, traveled, and built deep connections across the world. I met lovers, formed new friendships, and experienced the joy of being celebrated—not just welcomed—as a Black Queer person.

Thank you, @chicagobooth , for turning this vision into reality. This was the MBA promise—to have the best experience of my life—fulfilled. by @felixx.aol

I was built for business school, obviously 💁🏽‍♀️
