We didn’t create a space for shakes just because it was trending. Do you truly know why your muscles shake? Do you understand the science behind what your body goes through during those times? We are not only here to sculpt the body but also educate you. That’s what makes us so intentional about our space. ✨🤍

We also can’t thank @areenromman_photography enough for the beautiful photos! If you have an event coming up, she captures every moment so effortlessly 🤍

One of my favorite supersets to do in my sculptformer classes to get the BEST glute pump ever 🥵 + I love using a weighted ring to build that extra strength and endurance 🔥

Spookier than a Haunted House at the HAUS 👻🎃
The things that keep a fitness studio owner up at night 💀

No ghosts needed. Just late cancellations, empty classes, and someone telling us we are too expensive 🤪

Who said our instructors can’t enjoy the workout too 🤭

FemmeSculpt Haus was never meant to be just another fitness studio. It was created with intention, with every woman in mind. 🤍

Our founder envisioned a third space where women could step away from the demands of everyday life and focus solely on themselves.

More than a workout. More than a studio. Your space. Your community. Your Haus. by @femmesculpt.haus
