Freier Tanz. Tiefe Klänge. Mystische Energie.

Bist du dabei?

My wrinkles on my third eye sometimes bug me. I look in the mirror and see them. And without even being angry, I look like it.

They don't fade, these lines, these wrinkles.

I think about Botox at times. Yup. Then I remember myself why I got them in the first place.

What meaning they hold.

I've had to be strong, responsible, independent, autonomous and reliable from a young age. This pattern gets carried into my adult life.

Lots of anger sits inside of me because of that. Meanwhile I try to give my anger room for it's expression and honor it, instead of shunning it down.

Without my anger, I could not have made it this far.

Hence, these lines, they'll stay.

Hat dein Wildes-Ich Platz in deinem Leben? Dein inneres URWEIB? 🔥

Meanwhile, when I think about it...

As a woman with indigenous roots;
Kind of rude to make me justify my faith and convince me to convert to Christianity.
It gives patriarchy, colonization and exploitation.

En: What is a ritual and what purpose do they serve?

We encounter rituals regularly and everywhere: at a child's baptism, a birthday party with cake and candles, or in our daily prayers.

A ritual is an activity centered on a clear intention. This, in turn, can give us a sense of security and comfort. It is an expression of our inner world, which we connect with our outerworld and celebrate through symbolic actions.

A ritual can be quite simple, for example, by lighting a candle, dancing together, carefully chosen music, festive clothing, and decorating the ritual space. This uplifting of spirits is meant to help us become less preoccupied with our thoughts and instead connect more deeply with our bodies, allowing us to better connect with God, our ancestors, and/or ourselves.

Of course, there are much more elaborate rituals that indigenous peoples have practiced for millennia. These rituals focus particularly on connecting with the otherworldly. Since I'm not a shaman, you don't need to worry that I offer anything like that.

Instead, at Vessel you'll experience rituals that underscore and reinforce a workshop or course theme. And I'm really looking forward to that.🐉 by @ferafmina

29 years around the sun today.
In fact, one of the hardest birthdays ever.

This is a hard and intense year for me.
Testing me. Teaching me. Reminding me.
This years energies came in like a long-lasting storm

Only to re-center me, shake me up.

On my very birthday, the hurricane arrived.
My deep rage was finally set free through it's embodiment.

(A pretty way of saying I bared my teeth and let it all out to whom my rage was always towards to!!!)

A courageous act. The roar of a mother lion.
A long needed statement of my adult self, in the name of my inner child. For her protection and dignity. A shield of my self love.

The current sinchronisities are wild. For some time now, my inner sight was blurry. Now, I can see more clearly again.

I thank my friends and (chosen) family for their love and support
For pachamama
My partner
My ancestors and spirit guides
Without you, I would not have come this far
