What an amazing day I had at one of the most spectacular beaches I’ve ever been to in Polignano a Mare. The amazing Lama Monachile beach is a must visit. The weather was perfect and the people very chill and friendly even though we were all on top of each other 🤣

Your triceps make up 2/3 of your upper arm, so if you’re chasing bigger, stronger, more defined arms and sculpted shoulders, you NEED to be training them properly! 🔥

One exercise I highly recommend adding to your routine is the Kneeling Tricep Extension. You can also perform this movement using a short swivel bar for a different feel.

My recommendation? Start with tricep pushdowns, move into kneeling tricep extensions, then finish strong with close-grip bench press.

THE ROUTINE:

1️⃣ Tricep Pushdowns – 4 x 8–10
2️⃣ Kneeling Tricep Extensions – 4 x 10–12
3️⃣ Close-Grip Bench Press – 4 x 8

Train smart, focus on technique, control the movement and progressively overload.

Save this workout for your next arm day! 💪

This was the 1989 NABBA World Championships in Alicante, Spain — my fourth and final major show in a row for the season!

As you can probably see, by this stage I was feeling the fatigue, but at just 22 years of age, I still knew how to walk onto that stage like a professional, project confidence, enthusiasm and, most importantly, a smile!

It’s a reminder that even when the struggle is real, we should never underestimate what we’re capable of. Sometimes, despite feeling exhausted or having nothing left in the tank, we can still create a little magic, inspire others and give something back.

So, my friends, never think that just because you’re struggling, you can’t still make a difference. Keep showing up, keep smiling and keep creating magic! by @ferrafitness

Good Saturday Morning My Super Amici ❤️💙 by @ferrafitness

I’ve been eating this way for as long as I can remember, long before I ever stepped into the world of bodybuilding. I learnt the fundamentals from my father, a master chef, and refined my approach over the years, especially when I began competing internationally.

Now, at 59, I honestly look and feel better than I did in my mid-20s! 💪

My philosophy is simple: nutrition is not just about how you look; it’s about how you feel, perform, and age.

If you’re ready to take your nutrition to the next level, DM me today. I’ll design a personalised nutrition program tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and needs.

Your journey starts with the right fuel. 🔥

How many bodybuilders today can nail this proper most muscular with abs popping? I rarely see it and we were required to pose like this in the 80s and early 90s or we didn’t make the cut!

Most bodybuilders step on stage to be APPROVED.

That’s why so many look scared, stiff, and boring.

I’ve always believed the stage should be the opposite.

You’re there to PERFORM.

To entertain.
To mesmerize.
To inspire.
To educate.
To give the audience something they’ll remember.

When your mindset shifts from “I hope they like me” to “I’m here to give them a show”, your entire presence changes.

You stop looking scared.

You start commanding the stage.

You turn heads.

You create an experience.

And people appreciate you for it.

Don’t step on stage asking for approval. Step on stage ready to GIVE.

A few years ago in the heart of NYC, I would guest pose in Times Square, turning the streets into a stage and the human body into a canvas.

My purpose was bigger than bodybuilding. I wanted to show that strength could be beautiful, athleticism could be inspiring, and dedication could create something truly artistic.

To me, bodybuilding has always been about more than muscle. It’s about health, movement, discipline, expression, and the art of becoming.
