Some waits, with time,
stop feeling empty.
They become part of our preparation… by @ferrarimarica

by @ferrarimarica

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that does not come from working too hard.
It comes from being needed everywhere ,by the business, the family, the team, the image you have built while having less and less room to hear yourself.
From the outside, it can look like influence.
From the inside, it can feel like there is no longer a place where you are allowed to change your mind.
The question is not always how to leave.
Sometimes it is simpler, and harder:
When did you become indispensable to a life that no longer fits? by @ferrarimarica

During the week, it is easy to stay inside what has to be done.

On Sunday, when the noise gets quieter, what you have not yet decided returns.

It does not always need an immediate answer.
But it deserves to be heard. by @ferrarimarica

Most people do not need more advice.
They need one place where they can say the thing they have been managing or rationalizing for years.
Not to be fixed.
Not to be judged.
But because some truths only begin to change when they are no longer carried alone. by @ferrarimarica

No one really understands what it feels like to be you.

Everyone has opinions.
Few have real answers.

Your family doesn’t see the weight you carry.
Your team only sees “the boss.”
Your friends think “you’ve already made it.”

But the truth is
the higher you climb, the more alone you feel.

Because the higher you go, fewer people can breathe at that altitude.

Still, I know this: even the ones leading need a place to take the mask off.
Without feeling weak.
Without having to explain themselves.

I work with men like you
men who’ve built a lot, but who feel there’s a version of themselves still waiting to be found.
One that leads without burning out.
One that wins without losing themselves.

If you recognized yourself in these words, it’s not by accident that you’re still reading.

DM me.
Your space is ready.

IL PESO DELLA CORONA
(E perché dopo di me sembrerà piuma)

Ti restituisco a te stesso.

Tranne pace. Nessuno lo vede, ma tu lo sai. E forse, è ora di farci i conti.
