Yesterday, September 17th was National Dance Day! I have the blessing and privilege to have spent, and to SPEND my life as a professional dancer. Dancing brings so much joy and stress relief to ANYONE who participates! Shari Washington Rhone and Kayla Stillman of The Notebook National Tour will host a choreography session focused on jazz technique, rhythm, and dynamics followed by a Q&A. Get your questions ready about all things performing, working as a swing in cast or crew, and tour life!

So one of the tough things about being on the road is not Dancing on a regular basis. I’ve been fortunate to find a few classes, and teach some master classes, but every now and then I get a space and have a personal dance day! This is an improv from about a month ago.
