Join me for some legs! LEGS is a MUST!!!
I know for some of you guys avoids legs like the plague but you can't be letting your GF have bigger legs than you.

A legs day truly separates the boys from the men, once a week is a minimum.

This is how I train legs every week, injury prevention is my main focus but also I want to be light on my feet with very strong legs. This workout is quad focused but I also pay attention to how my body feels on the day so I'll drop out any exercises I need to if my body is giving me any of the signs that an injury could be pending or I'm feeling joint pain over contraction. Sometimes you also just have to tell your body, NO! Today I don't care how you feel, we're doing this & push through that pain.

Stop looking for motivation & look for discipline! Motivation comes & goes how you feel, discipline keeps you consistent even when you don't feel like it.

29 Years Old Today | 10 years of Personal Training
It has been an incredible journey & I am thankful for every blessing & lesson, every victory & failure.
It has made me the man I am today & make me push harder & be better.

I am also forever grateful for the friends, family & clients & my love that have supported my journey & helped my momentum.

Most important I want to thank God for 29 years on this earth, my Lord & Savior Jesus for saving my life & the Holy Spirit for helping me every step of the way.
