4G: God • Goals • Grace• Gratitude Safe spaces. Real talk. Mindful movement. Grateful for the sisterhood of @green.surge that showed up at USC Upstate! 🌻💚 •It was such a blessing connecting with each of these beautiful souls. I saw pieces of myself in these amazing ladies — grateful for the invitation to create a safe space to simply be, to pour into one another, and to grow together. 🤎 •From mindfulness yoga, to writing letters of encouragement to each other 💌 and taking moments for self-reflection — every part was filled with love, intention, and purpose.🌻🙏🏾🧘🏾‍♀️ •FGH is so grateful for the expansion & positioning. Shoutout to BIG G ❕🙌🏽 Remember, your gift will make room for you! 💫 by @fgh365_
☁️🌸SOFT SOULFUL SATURDAY 2025🌸☁️ •What a beautiful day filled with peace, intention, and connection. The energy was calm, grounded, and overflowing with love — everything Soft Soulful stands for. •BIG G, I am grateful for the vision, the purpose, sisterhood, and the determination. 🙏🏾 Soft Soulful isn’t just an aesthetically pleasing event — it’s a lifestyle. It’s how you show up for yourself and others. It’s remaining still during shifting seasons. It’s being open to new experiences, willing to learn and unlearn. It’s practicing the art of receiving & celebrating the small wins. •We practiced softness even in life’s challenges — through breathwork, gratitude, laughter, and mindful self-care. Each moment is a reminder how powerful it is to honor our temples and nurture our inner peace.🧘🏾‍♀️ •As we continue this journey, let’s walk in faith, trusting that BIG G will keep showing up — just like He always does! 🙏🏾 Here’s to more softness, more soul, and more purpose-filled moments. 💕🫧☁️🌸 Stay tuned for the next Soft Soulful Saturday! 😉🫶🏾 #godsgirl #softlife #sisterhood #proverbs31 #yeahthatgreenville #mindfulness #faithwalk #selfloveclub #godsfavorite #affirmations #thatgirl #gratitude by @fgh365_

A FIRM FOUNDATION of FAITH •FGHFam, faith the size of a mustard seed can do miracles. •You may not see the outcome right now, but believing BIG G will cover you, provide, protect, guide, strengthen, renew, heal, & show up in more ways than you can ever imagine, nothing is off limits for BIG G❕❕ •Keep standing on faith, even when the path feels uncertain. 🤎🫶🏾🙏🏾🌻Sending love & light! - MJ #faithwalk #godsgrace #godsfavorite #mustardseedfaith #matthew1720 by @fgh365_

Sending love and light, FGHFam. ✨🌻🤎🌞 Pause for a moment. Be present. Honor your breath before stepping into the workday—before conversations, emails, and meetings begin. Choose to ease into your day with clarity, calm, and intention. #speaklife #mustardseedfaith #mindfulness #breathwork #FGH365 by @fgh365_

🌸 Hey, Girl Hey! We are less than 2 weeks away! Do you have your ticket for Soft Soulful Saturday? See profile for link to purchase. If not, this will be something that you do not want to miss. This year, our special guest will be Kennedi Jeter, Miss Capital City. @_misscapitalcityvolsc @mendingmindsmeetsministry @xkenndoll 🌸 . . . Kennedi Jeter is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications. In May 2025, she also completed her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies and now works full-time as a paralegal. Kennedi is the reigning Miss Capital City 2025, where she was honored with over $3,000 in scholarships at the Miss South Carolina Competition in June 2025. Through her platform, Mending Minds Meets Ministry, she is dedicated to bridging the gap between scripture and emotional wellness by normalizing conversations around mental health in faith communities, equipping youth and adults with spiritual and emotional tools, and creating safe spaces for healing and growth. As she continues her journey, Kennedi’s mission is simple but powerful: to remind others that you can pray and still need support, and that a sound mind is not just possible, it’s promised. Her hope is to inspire every person she meets to walk in both faith and freedom. #softsoulfulsaturday #sss #upstate #unitypark #entrepreneur #mentalhealth #GodFirst by @fgh365_
