Faith isn’t earned in the good days, it’s held in the hard ones #christian #gym #explorepage by @filly2xx
Most growth doesn’t come from adding more. It comes from holding what you already have… longer. That’s called time under tension. And it’s not just for the gym, it’s spiritual. God allows us to stay in certain situations not to break us, but to build us. To stretch us. To strengthen our faith, our character, and our dependence on Him. Joseph sat in that tension for years. Abandoned. Forgotten. Tested. But it was in that place of pressure that God was preparing him for something greater. What looked like delay was actually development. “Let perseverance finish its work, so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” — James 1:4. That tension you’re feeling? That weight you’re under? It’s working something in you. Stay under it. Let God finish what He started! #christian #God #gym by @filly2xx
