Findhorn Bay Festival - THANK YOU - Food & Drink Providers at our events Let’s be honest — what’s a festival without a little food, drink and somewhere to gather, relax and connect? 😍 From a welcoming bar to a delicious bite to eat and a great coffee with friends, these little touches help make our events extra special. And we’re so lucky to have some fantastic local businesses and brilliant people helping us make it all happen! 🍻 Our festival bars at @forresarea Town Hall and James Milne Institute were in the capable hands of the incredible Sophie Hatton and her hardworking team of bar staff, who kept the drinks flowing, the spirits high and the good times rolling! 🥪 @forrescoffeehouse brought their talent to the table, providing food for some of our Town Hall events and helping keep our audiences fuelled and happy. ☕ @phoenixcafe.findhorn kept its doors open before and after events, creating a welcoming space for audiences and visiting artists to meet, mingle and connect over wonderful food and drink. These partnerships are about so much more than food and drink - they’re about supporting local businesses, celebrating what our area has to offer, and creating opportunities for people to come together. 🥰 A huge THANK YOU to Sophie, her bar team, Forres Coffee House and Phoenix Café! 🙌 Your hard work, hospitality and generosity helped make our festival events even more memorable. Here’s to great local food, good company and the wonderful people who make it all happen! 🥂✨ 📷 Photos 1-2 by Paul Campbell 📷 Photos 3-6 by Mark Richards by @findhornbayarts
FINDHORN BAY FESTIVAL - THANK YOU - Community Halls, Spaces & Venues Great events don’t happen in isolation — they happen through community. ❤️ We’re committed to bringing high-quality events to local places and spaces, but making them happen takes months (sometimes years!) of planning, collaboration and teamwork. From community halls and civic spaces to local venues and community groups, every partnership plays a vital role in bringing the festival to life. Without your flexibility, support and willingness to work together, quite simply, the festival wouldn’t happen. So, a huge, heartfelt thank you to every community venue, space, group and individual who worked with us, welcomed us in and helped make our events happen in your local halls and spaces. ▪️@universalhall ▪️@stlaurenceforres ▪️@brodiecastlents ▪️@logiesteading ▪️Forres Tolbooth ▪️@forresarea Town Hall ▪️James Milne Institute ▪️Moray Art Centre ▪️Kinloss Church Hall ▪️@phoenixcafe.findhorn ▪️Forres House Community Centre ▪️Burghead Community Hall ▪️Findhorn Village Centre ▪️Grant Park, Forres ▪️Forres High Street ▪️Duffus Village Hall ▪️Edinkillie Village Hall ▪️Elgin Community Centre ▪️Findhorn Kirk ▪️Hopeman Memorial Hall ▪️Mossett Tavern ▪️Elgin High Street ▪️Findhorn Beach Your support makes a real difference, and we couldn’t do it without you. 💛 Here’s to the power of community, collaboration and creating brilliant experiences together! 🙌✨ 📷 Paul Campbell by @findhornbayarts
FINDHORN BAY FESTIVAL - THANK YOU - Restaurants & Cafes Over the course of the festival we feed all of our visiting artists, and with over 100 people across ten days this is a lot of mouths to feed (breakfast, lunch and dinner). For the majority they are given a daily cash allowance that they spend in local cafes, restaurants and shops. Alongside this several local providers donate in kind vouchers for lunches, dinner and coffee which helps to keep our production crew, staff and volunteers fed and watered along the way too. Huge gratitude to all who contributed: @forrescoffeehouse @mossettavernforres @theolivetreekitchenforres @cafe.1496 1496 @mathersicecreams @phoenixcafe.findhorn @tesco Supermarket @thebakehousemarket @cardamon_spice Thank you for your support and contributions! by @findhornbayarts

A heartfelt thank you to: ✨ Miele Properties ✨ Ramnee Hotel ✨ Park Eco Village ✨ Carlton Hotel ✨ The Carisbrooke ✨ Findhorn Bay Holiday Park ✨ Findhorn Village Centre & Hostel And to the many independent self-catering accommodation providers across Forres and Findhorn who also play such an important role. Findhorn Bay Festival - THANK YOU - Festival Team & Event Managers Behind every successful event is a brilliant team making sure every detail is taken care of - and our incredible core Festival Team & Event Managers are right at the heart of it all! Working hand in hand with our production crew, they’re often the first to arrive and the last to leave, putting in long hours and going above and beyond to make every show a success. From the moment our artists arrive until the moment they leave, our Event Managers are there to ensure everything runs safely, smoothly and to schedule. They help create a warm welcome for our audiences, support our wonderful volunteer stewards, and ensure every venue is ready to welcome audiences through its doors. 🎟️👏 Alongside this our incredible team of Box Office staff make sure everyone has a ticket and a seat and that our audiences with access needs are supported too. Alongside this some fantastic production partners, including Limelight Event Services, Prism Event Lighting and Moray Firth Pianos. These are the people who are often the first on site and the last to leave, working incredibly long hours behind the scenes to ensure everything looks, sounds and feels just right. Their dedication, expertise and passion are absolutely integral to what we do. So, it’s a MAMMOTH thank you to Team Production! 🙌❤️ Thank you for your brilliance, your hard work, your creativity, your sparkle and your flair. FINDHORN BAY FESTIVAL - A MAMMOTH THANK YOU TO OUR INCREDIBLE VOLUNTEER STEWARDS! Behind every successful festival is a brilliant team of people helping to make it all happen, and at Findhorn Bay Festival, our volunteer stewards are absolutely essential. From warmly welcoming audiences and helping people find their way, to assisting with event set-up, getting everything ready behind the scenes and making sure venues are tidied up afterwards, our stewards are there every step of the way. They work alongside our event managers, support our artists and performers, and help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes the festival so special. ✨ Quite simply, without our volunteer stewards, we couldn’t open our doors. ❤️ Whether you gave a few hours or volunteered across multiple events, your time, energy, enthusiasm and generosity made a real difference. You’re often the first friendly face our audiences meet, and you help turn a programme of events into a truly memorable festival experience. So, to every single one of you who volunteered with us this year: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! 🙌 We’re incredibly grateful to have you on the team, and we hope you enjoyed being part of the festival as much as we loved having you with us. 🎭 Here’s to the people behind the scenes, the helping hands, the warm welcomes and the countless little things that make a big difference. FINDHORN BAY FESTIVAL - THANK YOU TO OUR WONDERFUL AUDIENCES From near and far (and some very far-flung corners of the world! 🌍), you came, you watched, you listened, you laughed, you joined in and you made Findhorn Bay Festival what it is. You travelled between venues, squeezed in multiple events, discovered new artists, shared moments with old friends and made new connections along the way. Some of you joined us for the very first time this year, while others have been with us since we began – bringing more friends and family along with you each time. 🥰 And that’s what makes this festival so special. It’s the people who come together, the conversations sparked, the experiences shared and the memories made. Without you, there really would be no festival. So, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of it. ❤️ ✨ AND NOW, OVER TO YOU! ✨ We’d love to hear about your festival experience. What did you love? What surprised you? What would you like to see next time? If you haven’t already, please take a few minutes to complete our festival evaluation.
