Seems like ‘lovely’ is @fionapalmpilates favourite word today. Should’ve been cosy really as this dip in the temperature is making us reach for the layers #palmsportsretail #lamangaclub #costacalida by @fionapalmpilates
My home studio is coming together nicely… I’ve created a space for practice and for private sessions in Lo Pagan. Details on the privates coming soon, but it’s taken a while to get this space together so I had to share it. Huge thanks to @ul.deco who brought my ideas to reality by @fionapalmpilates

Who knew that the paper cup was a Pikates prop… Body awareness or pelvic position is a huge part of Pikates practice. And if you’re not feeling neutral , which we say a lot, then we’ll help you find it by whatever means necessary. Heavily inspired by Tanya Thompson @ofcourseonline as it features in her latest online course designed for non Pilates professionals by @fionapalmpilates

There are purchases… and then there are Pilates purchases. A very exciting delivery from @elina__pilates I now have more hours to practise. More time to play with movement. More opportunities to keep learning, refining and becoming the teacher I want to be. And yes, I absolutely redesigned the basement around the new equipment. Priorities! I picked the Elina Reformer Elite Advanced & Chair in Mocha. Mainly because: They’re a Spanish brand so maintenance and upkeep is manageable The advanced has a moving foot bar which is great for flow sequences I mean, it’s stunning to the eye I listened to a fellow BASI cohort @rachael.pilates who loves her equipment It’s like Christmas came early!! #PalmPilates #elinapilates #PilatesTeacher #BASIPilates ReformerPilates PilatesInstructor by @fionapalmpilates
