POSTS STORIES REELS

Beyond the gilded facades and curated paths lies a Japan untouched by time.
Here in the sacred cradle of Kirishima and Takaharu, traditions are not performed for an audience—they are lived.
From participating in centuries-old Kagura rituals and hand-crafting sacred offerings with local elders, to private moments in secluded hot springs and open-air dining overlooking the mist-veiled Lake Miike.
This is not mere sightseeing. This is an invitation into the living soul of Japan—an intimate, transformative journey where you become part of the heritage itself.
Discover the unscripted Japan. Curated exclusively by @firstjapan415

An unprecedented cultural journey: Unveiled to the world for the very first time.

Deep in the sacred mountains of Japan, centuries-old devotion comes alive. We are opening the doors to a private 3-day spiritual immersion centered around the Haraigawa Kagura—a nationally protected Intangible Folk Cultural Property.

Never before accessible to international travelers, this deeply sacred experience is strictly limited to just one exclusive group per year.

The Experience (December 12–13):

○Co-create the Sacred Ground: Work side-by-side with the village elders and preservation society to prepare the sacred stage (Mainiha).

○Deep Village Exchange: Connect intimately with the local community, sharing stories and ancient traditions.

○Ceremonial Dining: Savor rare, traditional ritual feasts prepared exclusively for the gods and honored guests.

○Premier Front-Row Access: Witness the mesmerizing night-long Kagura ritual from private, VIP seating enveloped in sacred firelight.

○Private Expert Historian: Accompanied throughout by a specialist cultural guide for seamless translation and profound storytelling.

○Luxury Retreat: Unwind with private hospitality at the renowned Gokuraku Onsen Takumi no Yado, soaking in mineral-rich restorative hot springs.

This is not a performance for tourists—it is a living prayer, an intimate encounter with ancient Japan that will never be forgotten.
