KEEP GOING 👏 KEEP WORKING 👏 KEEP GRINDING 👏

you have to go through the hard, the boring, the fun sessions, the sessions you cry through, the sacrifice. You have to push through those days, weeks, months where it feels like nothing is happening, but it is! So so much is! You have to trust your body and give it time to do what it needs to do. I promise you’ll wake up one day and your body will just “snap” into place! You WILL get stronger, leaner, faster, more powerful!

Keep your head down and keep grinding through the hard, the unmotivated, the shitty workouts..KEEP 👏 GOING 👏

Back in my gymnast days, I seriously had the worst attitude. i was a hard worker, but was always the underdog, always behind my teammates, always had to work harder than everyone else, always the weakest on the team..I was just never good enough. I just never ever thought I could be strong, I thought I just didn’t have the right genetics. But f**k genetics! We allll have the ability to be strong and fast and powerful!

*seriously so emotional watching this video, I’m so proud of this body!!*

Our sweet little girl has completed our family and we couldn’t be any happier!💖💖

A special note about her name-ever since I knew I wanted kids I always said I wanted to use my mom’s middle name (Kay) for my future little girl. Now here I am with my own little girl and finally able to carry my moms name into a new generation🌸

✨38 WEEKS✨

This pregnancy has been so healing for me. I’ve felt so connected to this little girl since the moment we found out the gender. I know exactly who she is going to be and what her spunky little personality is going to be like. I just KNOW her already. It’s me & you girly.

I’ve felt so comfortable in my body and so proud of my body for creating life again. I can’t believe how blessed I am to be able to bring life into this world and make our family complete. We keep saying we feel like she’s missing, like we actually miss her. She’s just already part of our family and we’re waiting so patiently for her to finally join us! Brother loves her so much and is constantly kissing my belly and telling her she’s his best friend and he loves her.

As anxious as I am to have this little girl earthside, I know I’m going to miss having her all to myself. I’ve truly loved being pregnant this time again✨✨

🎃DISNEYLAND!🎃

Experiencing Disneyland as a parent is another kind of magic! Little boy had the best day of his life and little girl was just along for the ride!

Feeling so grateful for my very patient, easy going husband who truly is a kid at heart and gave Zayn such an amazing day!

Even though we ended the day fighting for our lives in the pouring rain, we still had such a fun family day!

Thank you @kikiflambe for gifting us our tickets!🙏🙏

✨3 MONTHS!✨

Well that flew by! We’re finally sort of into a routine and have things sort of kind of figured out! Big brother is loving his little sister more and more every day! We’re still getting to know Miss. Indy and her sweet personality is starting to come out 🥰

She’s very chatty, starting to giggle, and trying to roll!

5K SPARTAN RACE✅

Just needed to remind myself I am more than just a mom!

I nursed little girl right before the race and one of the first songs to play was Run the World by Beyoncé! Iconic way to start!

“Strong enough to bear the children, then get back to business!”

✨2 MONTHS!✨

Our girl is TWO months already! We’re starting to see little smiles and her little personality starting to come out! We love this little lady bug so much!

Feels like we just brought her home! 🤍🤍 by @fit.by.cc

babies, babies, babies, and a little bit of fun mixed in!

Making the most of summer with a newborn! We’re getting out of the house this time around and not wishing these demanding days away..most days!

There’s nothing like becoming the strongest version of yourself, getting pregnant again, fighting your way through each week to remain active and strong, and then re-building your body all over again.

I trained for my health. I trained for my little girls health. I trained for labor. I trained to maintain whatever strength I could. I trained to manage my weight gain. I trained for my sanity. I trained for my postpartum recovery. I trained because it made me feel good and powerful and to hopefully inspire others to remain active, whatever that looks like for you, during your pregnancy.

We are not fragile. You are so much more powerful than you know. So here’s a big F U to my “geriatric / high risk pregnancy” and “excessive weight gain”!

💜🤍ONE MONTH!🤍💜

One month with our Indy girl!

This postpartum experience has been night and day different than the first time around! There’s so much more peace and confidence the second time around. No anxiety and intrusive thoughts clouding my mind. No comparing my experience to social media. No tracking every nap worrying about the perfect sleep schedule.

I’m actually enjoying the newborn stage and able to get out of the house without worry. Happy one month Indy Kay! Mommy, Daddy, & Zayn love you so much!
