Official stage shots from @npcnewsonlineofficialpage @jeffbinns 📸 from NPC Master’s Nationals!! 🥈
.
I can honestly and proudly say that this was my absolute best and most favorite look to date!!!!! We came in 2 lbs heavier and much fuller from Universe two weeks ago, and my posing and stage presence were on a whole other level this show! (Which was my feedback at Universe). I truly enjoyed being present and in the moment this time, and I am so proud of holding myself like a pro up there!
.
Although getting so close yet again to the coveted Pro card is bittersweet, my feedback is straight forward. This sport is not just about muscularity and conditioning, but also about hiding your weaknesses and creating illusions on stage. And for me it’s structural, I don’t have a generically hourglass waistline and it’s hard to hide in the back pose. We have to create that illusion by widening up that upper body and really opening up those lats!
.
For now, a much needed reverse and recovery, and back to the drawing board. Resilience, hard work, and patience! Thank you all for your continued support and love, I have so many people in my corner rooting for me, I feel truly blessed!!!! ❤️

Postpartum check ins at 4.5 weeks after c-section 🤗
.
I am back to weight lifting this week utilizing lighter weights than usual 🤩🤩 My sutures are healing well with no major pain or discomfort 🙏🏽 I’m 23 lbs down from my pregnancy weight, the weight loss has stalled a bit since I’m pumping and my body is holding on to the fat stores for dear life!!
.
Real talk, the competitor in me definitely feels “skinny fat” with deflated muscles and extra body fat, but I know that time and consistency will get me there!! 💪🏽

Happy #motivationmonday
.
Full transparency post at almost 3 weeks post C-section. 20 lbs down and about 15 to go to my pre-pregnancy lean physique. Currently not tracking macros, trying to eat enough to produce more milk. Still cardio/walking only, and resumed some gentle core exercises this morning.

Sutures healing well, and my doctor cleared me to resume gentle exercise at 4 weeks PP (which is next week 🤩), which will mostly consistent of resistance bands and very light weights. Muscles definitely feel atrophied but thank god for muscle memory!! Follow along for my transformation journey 🥰
