POSTS STORIES REELS
With the OCB Franco Classic coming up on November 7, I wanted to share a few photos that mean a lot to me. Each of my kids stepped onstage for the first time at 19—the same age I was when I first competed. That wasn’t planned, but it’s a pretty cool connection. I’ve been promoting shows since 2006, and I’ve had plenty of proud moments in this sport. Watching my own kids challenge themselves and seeing the work they put into getting onstage will always be among my favorites. Each had their own journey, and I’m proud of all of them. Being able to share something I love with my family makes it that much more meaningful. ❤️ by @fitangfranco

Three Generations of Franco’s — The Roots  This is where it all started. My father hitting the stage at 15 years old in 1956… My brother competing as a teen through the 1980s… And now the next generation carrying the torch today. Nearly 70 years of discipline, passion, and “showing up” runs deep in our family. It’s the foundation of what Team Franco stands for: Consistency. Integrity. Hard work. Longevity. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just a love for the lifestyle and the drive to get better year after year. Proud of the legacy. Proud of the evolution. And proud to help others build their own. Proud to mention, we are not done 👍 by @fitangfranco

Next Sunday marks the 10th Annual OCB Franco Classic. Many of you know that I’ve been promoting shows since 2006 — but this event is about more than just the stage. It’s about legacy — sharing my passion for the sport and passing it on to others, especially my children. That’s why I’m posting this photo of each of them, each representing their own fitness journey at a very young age. Coincidentally, they were all 19 years old when they first stepped on stage — the same age I was when I first competed. In life, just like in bodybuilding, it’s about what you leave behind — the lessons, the inspiration, and the drive that help others find their way. I’m proud to be part of the OCB and grateful to share my coaching philosophies with so many athletes — and most importantly, with my own family. On a personal note, the journey continues. We’ve come a long way, but 2026 will be another defining chapter. by @fitangfranco
